While searching for Bran sasha heard some soliders talking of stannis. She listened closely as as jon and ned and the others surrounded the camp.

'stannis was using something, magic, a fire preistress!'

'yeah he killed renly, it wasn't the woman, the mammoth of a woman. I heard he sent the devil upon him.'

'his own brother?'

'stannis wants to be the last Baratheon standing, he just needs to get the princess, if she is still alive. Then he has cersei to worry about.' They heard the screams and the fires raged outside, but they didn't get a chance to fight back sasha took them by surprise. They searched the burning camp but Bran wasn't there. discouraged but alive they made their way back. Much to the annoyance of Thorne and Slynt, jon and sasha were still standing.

Jon reports that Mance Rayder's army was closing in on Craster's Keep and will reach the Wall before the next full moon. Jon states that defending the tunnel is hopeless since the gates will not stop the giants in Mance Rayder's army. He proposes they seal the tunnel, ned was so proud of him, taking charge but Alliser Thorne refused to listen. Alliser then assigned Jon and Sam to night duties atop the Wall until the next new moon as punishment. He had half the mind to send sasha up there but as Alfie reminded him, she was not of the nights watch and she was more dangerous than all his men combined, also to stop pissing her off.

'I swear one of these days she is going to murder you and no one is going to blame her.' Alfie told Throne as he saw sasha stabbing at a piece of bread mindlessly. She was in a mood not even Ned could fix. The war was coming and she felt like they were never going to win. They were always one step behind why would this be any different. But news of joffreys wedding cheered her up quickly.

The news of joffreys demise spread quickly throughout the realm. Tyrion lannister had poisoned the king. He was to stand trial and face his punishment for his crimes.

A smirk pulled at sasha lips at the news of joffreys death. She tried to fight it. But the laughter bubbled up inside her.

'Sasha?' Jon questioned

'Joffrey is dead!' she exclaimed laughing and laughing. 'Oh god im awful, terrible person...' but she couldnt stop laughing. She had not realized how much she hated joffrey until this moment. He hadnt been a cruel brother at first but he was cruel king. Along their travels they had heard stories now sasha knew not all stories were true. She knew there were a few treasonous lies scattering around about her but she believed them about joffrey.

She mentally kept track of the dwindling number of kings. First renly. Then robb. Now joffrey.

Stannis and daenarys remained.

But now tommen would surely sit on the throne. He wasnt destined to rule he didnt have to stomach for it. Cersei and tywin would manipulate him to do their bidding.

'You think the dwraf did it?' jon questioned

'No.' Sasha said confidently 'tyrion is much too smart for that. Plus poison is womans work usually.' Thinking back to jon arryn. Sasha knew that cersei poisoned him. It was only right, a life for a life.

'but not how you would kill... thorne?' alfie questioned half joking coming up behind them.

'no, no him I would kill slowly and painfully in the most intimate ways in which he fears.' Sasha said smiling over her shoulder at Alfie. Ned leaned over, kissing her cheek.

'Tommen will be named king.' He remarked. 'last i saw him he was crying at winterfell over a bad dream.' he recalled

'Thats right'. Sasha remembered. 'He had a dream that cersei killed him. He asked if had to kill cersei to be brave.' Sasha said with a grin. 'I should have told him yes. I should have helped him to it. Then maybe we wouldnt be in this predicament.'
