Zach's P.O.V.

Please tell me I'm dreaming, just say this isn't real. Our mate, my babygirl has something in her stomach that we can't get out unless we undo a spell thanks to Christina and Gabbie. I don't know weather to be pissed at the girls or scared of what they could do to Ava.

Daniel's P.O.V.

No! No! No! This isn't real! I refuse to believe someone as amazing as Ava has already been put through hell and now she has to deal with this. No!

Jack's P.O.V.

I'm with Corbyn, Gabbie messed with my mate. She messed with the wrong person.

Jonah's P.O.V.

I can hear everyone's thoughts and I know there all angry and rightfully so but we have some bigger problems. 1 Why can't we feel the pain Ava does because of the bond? 2 How do we undo the spell? 3 How can we fix this in a way that won't hurt Ava? That's what they need to be thinking. I look over at Ava who looks pale and exhausted. Her face is thinner than what it used to be and I can tell all this drama from Jake till now has put a huge strain on her physically, emotionally, mentally, and logically. How are we going to fix this?

Corbyn's P.O.V.

I snatch my phone from my pocket and face time Christina. She answers happy as ever smirking. She knows what she did. That little BITCH!

Me: You! What the hell did you do to my mate you bitch! * Yells at her *

Christina: * fakes thinks for a moment smirking * Oh boo. You're so adorable when you're mad. But if you must know we put a special little gadget in Ava with a spell that makes her feel whatever kind of pain we want her to feel. * Pulls out controller *

I feel nothing but fury as I see the controller.

Christina: * stares at me then back at the controller * I wonder what this button does? * Fake innocent tone *

She presses a small green button and Ava wakes screaming like she's on fire. Blood pools from her stomach as Zach's healing her and Daniel and Jonah have to hold her down. Christina takes her hand off the button and Ava finally stops screaming. Ava pants as her face shows pain. I look at Christina glaring at her.

Me: * tries to calm down by sighing heavily * What do you want Christina? * Says through gritted teeth *

Christina smiles and bites her lip.

Christina: What I wanted all along... You. But I would be careful what comes out of your pretty little mouth next Besson - * starts talking in babyish voice * because you wouldn't want Ava hurt anymore would you?

I clench my jaw as I feel my veins pop in my arms. But if I lie she won't be able to do anything. I pull off the best convincible poker face I can without trying to hurt Ava.

Me: * looks directly in Christina's eyes without breaking contact * We already told you Christina. I already marked Ava. There's nothing you can do that could change that. So i- * gets interrupted by my own thoughts *

* Thoughts *

I don't want to beg, I shouldn't beg, but I don't want to see Ava hurt anymore. I can't let Christina hurt her anymore. I just finally realized what Christina could do to my mate. She could hurt her and I can't do anything about it. She has the power and she knows it. FUCK! Just try to deescalate the situation instead of making it worse. Breathe.

* End of Thoughts *

Me: * chokes out words trying not to seem desperate * So I-  * gags * So I ask you to not hurt her and let her go from this. She's just my mate and nothing will change that. So please just leave her out of this. * A tears slips from my eye as I look at her with hope *

I look at Christina and she gives a blank expression before clapping. She smiles and starts slow clapping. Like WTF!

Christina: * stops slow clapping *  Wow I must say Corbyn that was an amazing performance for your mate, and I know you love her, like wow. But guess what? * Moves in closer to the camera * I know you haven't marked her. That little gadget that's inside of her tells me everything from what her body temp is to who marked her. And your not on the marked Ava list.  So my baby, my Corbean, my precious space cadet, just come mark me and make me your mate then this will all be over. * Kisses camera lens and ends facetime *

( Hey loves, wow over 700 words just for you guys this chapter geez. I know you're like why did you put the story as Ava having a gadget inside her, well it seems like everyone else wanted to make her be possessed or bewitched or something. Or they wanted to make her a mystical creature which is fine for them but I just didn't want to do that. And this makes my book different and it helps my book stand out.
