chapter ten

(Carson's POV)

Oh my god!,zayn is a healer.....I refuse to judge him because I know what it feels like,and at least he isn't a bad magical being like that wants to kill me so I think I can get used to this.

I look up at zayn and nod "yeah,I do." He smiles and then comes over to me and kneels in between my legs,that dangle from the edge of the bed. "Carson, I-I really like you....a-and I just don't want you to not give me a chance because of this." I look at him in disbelief "zayn,I like you too,and I don't mind what you are it's all about what you do,and for the most part you do the right thing."

He looks down and I lift his gaze up "I really don't mind what you are zayn....do you know how many people you can help with your gift." He frowns and looks down "what's wrong?".He looks at me and sighs."I can't really help alot of people." I look at him in wonder "why not?"

"When I heal people that pain has to go somewhere.....so it transfers to my body so I take the pain and I also get the wound that goes with it." I stare at him in horror "zayn.....when you healed me,you-you" he cuts me off "yes,I took your pain and got the wound but it really wasn't that bad."

I pull him into a hug which he returns "I'm so sorry,zayn." He pulls away "what for?" I frown "for you feeling the pain of my injury." He laughs and sits by me on the bed "I don't mind one but love...better me in pain than you." I smile and kiss his cheek "zayn,you really are a wonderful person."

He blushes slightly my gosh he is so adorable "thank you,Carson." I really want to kiss you. "Carson,I would very much like to kiss you again." Thank god! I blush and nod "Ok." I lean in and so does he,our lips meet together in a blissful kiss. We pull away and he smiles at me and I blush and look down.

He puts his index finger under my chin and lifts up my gaze "hey,there is nothing to be embarrassed by....I like it when we kiss,if that's not weird haha." I giggle which makes him smile and then he grabs my hand "I was wondering if we could have our date today,I happen to have to go out of town tomorrow so I thought we could do it like now?"

I smile "of course let me just go get dressed in different clothes and shower." He nods "ok,yes...I will do the same and I will come back and get you when I'm done." I nod,and he exits the room. Oh my god....I have to get ready! "Shit!" I shout as I run and trip over the corner of my bed.

"Ow,ow,ow,OW FUCKING HELL!!!" I realize that I stubbed my toe,it hurts like hell,I run to the bathroom and strip my old clothes off and shower for about ten minutes. I then get out and walk to my closet. I open the closet doors and decide to wear a dress because I want to look nice.

I flick through the dresses finding the perfect one, the red one,with black sequence at the top and stops just above the knee,and it flows just the perfect amount,I love halter style dresses. And red is Zayn's favorite color so why not! I pull out my dress and my black lattice design pumps.

I slip the dress on it hugs all of my curved perfectly,I love it,I can't wait to see if zayn likes it....I hope he will. I put the pumps on my feet and decide to fix up my hair,I decide to put my hair in a side fishtail braid and leave my front bangs hanging down.

I examine my self and I think I look pretty great and I am so nervous that zayn won't like me anymore,what if this date sucks,what if he doesn't even think I'm pretty enough for him a prince. I hear a knock at my door oh that must be zayn! I walk slowly over to the door and open it up.

I'm shocked at what I see zayn looks so handsome he is wearing and white button up dress shirt with the two top buttons undone and black skinny jeans with black dress shoes. He looks me up and down with a wide smile on his face and I do the same wow he looks amazing. "You look absolutely..........ravishing."

I blush and walk out of my door closing it behind me "thank you zayn,you look amazing as well." He smiles and takes my hand in his,it fits so perfectly in his that I just melt. "Are you ready to go love?" I nod.and we walk down the hall to the front doors,I thought we were going into town but zayn proves me wrong by turning.

We turn towards the garden oh no I don't want to go back there! "Hey,what's wrong?" I shake my head and keep walking "we aren't going to the garden if that's what your worried about,love." I let out a breath of relief "ok,that's good "he smiles and nods.

We take another turn and I see a beautiful hillside we walk up the hillside and at the top there is a beautiful scene set up here for us. There is a gazebo and under it is a table with a candle lit dinner. It's so beautiful! I look up at zayn in astonishment and smile "you did all this?" He smiles.

He nods."yes,do you like it?" I nod rapidly and he chuckles at me "well I'm glad because I wanted it to be perfect for you." I kiss his cheek "it's more than perfect." He blushes slightly and takes my hand leading me to a table and pulls my chair out for me and I sit thanking him as he pushes me back in.

He takes the seat across from me and smiles up at me "so,do you have any ideas on what you want to eat?" I shake my head giggling "umm,no haha I really don't." He laughs and shrugs "me neither." I duck my head down giggling "well,let's see what the chefs brought over for us tonight, huh?"

I nod and as if on cue they come out carrying four silver platters "you can choose first." I smile and nod "Ok." The chefs open the silver platters,oh my so many delicious foods,yummy! I,see spaghetti,lasagna,chicken Alfredo,and steak and potatoes.

I look over at zayn and smile sadly "what's wrong do you not like any of these I can get you another CHEFS PLEASE-" I laugh and wave my hands "no....no it's all wonderful I'm just stuck on whether I want chicken Alfredo or steak and potatoes." He laughs out loud the most beautiful laugh in this world,his eyes crinkle in the cutest way and his young is pressed  behind his teeth.

"You...you are something else,I would personally recommend steak and potatoes,but if you want both choose the one you want the most and I'll get the other and we can share half and half if you want?" I nod paths idea "yes that is great,umm I'll have the chicken Alfredo please."

Zayn is an amazing person I had such a wonderful time tonight,after dinner we stayed finder the gazebo gazing at the night sky in awe,and kissing and he whispered sweet nothings in my ear,as he played with my hair while I leaned on his chest,we ended up falling asleep under the gazebo for a little while,then came back down to the castle.

"I had the most wonderful time with you,zayn." He nods and smiles hugging me tightly "and I you,Carson...it was truly amazing just being with you." I blush and say "goodnight zayn,sleep well and have sweet dreams." He smiles at me and leans in kissing me softly on the lips "you as well,my sweet Carson."
