chapter nine

(Zayn's POV)

I will....kill.....him! I stand in front of Brighton and I have carson behind me shaking a little. "What the bloody hell do you think you're doing,Brighton?!?" He smiles a sickening way "I was just having a chat with Carson here." I put my hands on his collar and lift him up slightly "if you...EVER.....think about laying a hand on Carson,again.....I will kill you!"

He shakes his head and looks at my face shit!...I'm angry,damn it my eyes!. Brighton starts to scream and throw him on the ground and spit on him. I turn around to see Carson,she looks scared. Damnit,don't be scared of me please!! "Carson are you hurt?" She shakes her head "why was he screaming?"

I look down thinking of a lie "I just said some things that scared him I guess." She looks at me skeptically and then nods, "yeah....ok,I guess so." I let out a silent breath and then grab her hand in mine waves of electricity flow through my hand and I smile at her which she returns.

We go into the house,and we walk up the steps and she collapses,thank god I catch her "woah,woah woah!...hey,Carson are you ok?!?" She lazily looks up to me "z-zayn?,owwww." I examine her then feel warmth in her head,I lift my hand from her head.....blood.

I lift her up quickly and take her to my room laying her on my bed,I shoot a quick text this my father telling him Dad,come quickly to my room Carson is hurt badly!!! He replays instantly WHAT,IM COMING NOW!!! I run to the bathroom,and wet a  warm wash cloth and place it on her head.

She smiles at me a little and winced "z-zayn?".I look down "yes Carson,what is it love?" She looks at me and brings a hand to my cheek "I really like you." I smile so big and look down "I really like you too Carson." She nods a little and smiles,but it fades so slowly as she passes out "Carson?.....CARSON?!?,OH GOD NOOOO,WAKE UP......Wake up....p-please,just wake up darling."

My room door gets pushed open and my father sees Carson and his eyes widen "ZAYN?!?,.....what the hell happened?!?" I start to cry a little "just please help her!" He shakes his head "I can't ........but you can,use your powers!" I nod and place my hand on her chest and concentrate deeply.

I feel a slight burn and then I feel really sleepy, I took all the pain from her body and brought it to my body so she heals. Which also makes the wounds appear on my body. After about ten minuets she wakes up and looks around and sees me, she smiles "what happened?" I should tell her,about me.

"Carson do you remember anything from earlier?" She nods "yes,I went down to the kitchen for a snack after Brighton asked me to meet him in the garden but when I got there he asked me on a date....I said no because I'm going on a date with you and he yelled at me and slapped me,then we all got in a fight,the last thing I remember is you asking me if I was ok...what happened?"

I nod and look down trying to control my anger after what she had told me about Brighton, "you must've hit your head pretty hard outside because we came up here and you collapsed,but I caught you and you had blood all over your head and you passed out." Her eyes widen.

"Thank you for helping me zayn." I nod with a smile "I-I have something......very important to tell you" she nods and sits up a little so she is comfortable....please don't hate me for telling you...just give me a chance first.

"Ok........I healed you.....by using my powers.....hmmmm,I am a-aummmm......ok...ha....I'm a healer." She blinks and then starts to giggle "w-why are you giggling?" She looks at me and smiles "why did you lie?" I look at her puzzled "I'm not lying to you carson." Her eyes widen "w-WHAT?!?.....you're a what,....what the bloody hell are you...am I going to die?!?"

I laugh "no Carson....I wouldn't dare hurt you,I care about you!" She nods "so how do I know that your not lying?" I look up and make my eyes change to the red they usually change to when I'm pissed off. She gasps and backs away "oh-oh my god!". I blink and they go back to normal.

"Do you believe me now,Carson?"
