BETWEEN LOST STRINGS

"Hi kuya Simon, what took you so long to arrive? Anyways normal mo naman pala yan." He teased me and I just walked passed him to ignore him.

I'm not in the mood to talk to anyone, especially those guests or I rather call bwisitors. Nah, I'm just kidding.

For them, I'm the quietest person, as I will always be.

Time has passed and it's almost lunch, Dad just finished his meeting for the planning of his First Rally.

"Simon, how are you my son?" He greeted me.

"I'm fine dad. By the way when will the Rally start?" I asked him and he looked at mom whose sitting at the chair beside the counter.

"It's going to start next week, Anak. Make yourself ready because you're required to be there, to support your father"

I didn't say a thing. Looks like I'm gonna get busy starting next week. Hopefully things goes well.

FAMILY MANSION

We arrived at the house here in Makati. We're going to celebrate Fonso's 5th birthday later.

Ameth and kuya sandro are on their way here from Ilocos to Manila, pretty excited to meet them after few years.

About Vincent, he's got no girlfriend yet. Mahina kasi >.<

"Tito!!" I heard fonso and started running towards me to hug me, I carried him up.

"Hello little Luis, how are you?"

"I'm fine tito! Mom bought me a big toy car that I could ride on, mama irene bought me a big trampoline and i can be a superhero!"

"That's so awesome! I wanted to try the trampoline though"

"You can tito, you wanna go there right now?" He asked.

"Well, tito's pretty tired and the food is almost served so maybe let's just play later"

He nodd and went to his mother.

After eating lunch I came to play with my dog, tequila.

The first dog that I ever had, my only bestfriend and the dog that watched me grow up.

Fonso went towards me and also played with the dog, we enjoyed playing with the dog and it licked him on his face.

Fonso pushed him a little and started laughing, "Hey Fonso not so- not so hard" I said and chuckled.

He went towards his mom again and ate xandra wiped the dog's laway off Fonso's face.

"Simon look" Luis called me and clicked the camera. I didn't expect him to take a picture of me so I wasn't ready.

But I look handsome naman, just kidding.

Few minutes later kuya and Amethyst arrived here. We all greeted them both and mom thought that Ameth was pregnant already.

"Hindi pa po Ma... Hahahaha"

"Ang cute cute naman ng little fonso na yan!" She said and hugged fonso, "Hello tita ameth!"

"Aba! Gawa na" Matthew said.

"If not busy" sagot ni kuya sandro and smirked, "EWW! DITO PA TALAGA KAYO NAGLANDIAN!" Vincent with a disgusted face said.

We all laughed. "Pano kasi, hindi pa nag-gigirlfriend! Look at your kuya sandro, he's already married and soon magkaka-anak na sila. Your brother Simon, he's gonna propose to his soon to be fiancé diba?" Tita irene said.

I looked down.. and I was supposed to.

If only I didn't attend that stupid party and just spent the whole day with her, then these things shouldn't happen right now.

We should be engaged by now, everyone should be cheering and excited about it..

Sana we're both here to attend fonso's birthday party, Sana nandito sya sa tabi ko... I regret everything.

What have I done?!

"Simon! Lil' bro, tulala ka na Jan?" Ameth greeted me sabay akbay sakin. Natauhan ako and I faked a smile.

Sandro looked so firm, "Bakit? Akbay kang naman love ah!" Ameth joked.

"Don't tell me Pati kapatid mo pinag-seselosan mo?" Matthew teased him.

"Don't me! You might be tall, but still mas pogi ako sayo Matthew." inis nyang sagot.

"Wehhh? Saan, di namin makita"

"ay nako! Ano ba kayong magpinsan, tumigil na nga kayo jan at tulungan nyo kami mag luto dine" Tita Imee said.
