MAYBE ITS TIME?

BACK IN MANILA

It's still Christmas, currently 5 in the afternoon. We came back here to get packed with our things for a 3 day vacation in boracay.

After few hours they came to pick me up, because Amethyst decided that I will stay in their house tonight para di na pabalik balik.

[The next day]

Amethyst woke me up and it's 1 am, I just took a little shower then we left. Vincent and Simon are with their cousins

We'll just meet everyone at the airport. "Ameth, do you have an extra sunblock? I actually forgot mine." I said.

"Yes, wait I'll get it for you" she said and grabbed a sunblock from her closet.

She handed me it and I put it on my bag.

Sandro started the car then we left the house. As we go, I watched the view from the window.

I wore my headset and played Mundo.

"aking sinta, ikaw ang tahanan at Mundo.. Sa pagbalik, mananatili na sa piling mo" I sang. It felt like heaven when I always hear this song.

"Didn't know you have a good voice pala" Sandro said.

"Oh, people always say that. I guess I got my voice from my mother. Even my other relatives said that her voice and mine are almost the same" kwento ko.

"Beh, may tanong ako sayo" ameth said.

"ano?"

"may gusto ka ba kay Simon?"

I looked at her.

"ha? Ako, hindi ah" I denied.

Why would she ask that? I mean, halata ba na may gusto ako kay Simon? I'm good at lying kaya. Pano nya naman malalaman?

"Weh? You and Simon have so much in common kaya, even your favorite songs favorite rin nya. Your favorite color, gusto rin sya"

"Well, I think he's just a friend for me. Siguro mabuti na ka-vibes ko sya since mag kaibigan naman kami"

"Magkaibigan or magka-Ibigan nga ba?" Sandro teased me.

Magkaibigan.

"Malayong mangyari" I said, "Tsaka diba I only helped him to win the case so he could comeback and explain to his girlfriend?"

"As I heard from someone, I think hindi na babalik yung girlfriend ni Simon. Especially when her dad found out about it, I think pinag layo na sila sa isa't Isa"

"Kidding aside. Bagay talaga kayo ni Si, for me lang ha" Ameth said.

[Airport]

We just arrived here and we waited for them inside the airport before getting our seat numbers.

"Did you ask where they are na?" Amethyst asked sandro.

"They updated me kanina, he said they were already around here. I just tried calling them now but they won't answer"
