Jack's school front gate, 7:40 am.

We finally reached the front of Jack's school. I looked at him and smiled. His day was probably going to be simple. I really hope he makes lots of new friends.

Delilah: "Bye jack, have fun okay?"

He grinned ear to ear as he squeezed me tight. For some reason, a bit of my anxiety faded because of him.

Jack: "kay, love you Li Li!"

He walked down the path waving back at me.

Delilah: Sigh*

I glanced down at my watch. Great I only have 20 minutes to get my ass to school. I turned and began running like my life depended on it. I probably look like a psycho, but l I've got places to be so who cares?

Helltown High School front gate, 7:55 am.

Slowing to a stop I finally reached the front of the school. I knelt down a little to catch my breath. a cool sweat dripped down the side of my face. It's cold outside but my body is warm like a fire in winter. Finally, I could breathe again so I looked up at the school courtyard.

Delilah: ........

I stood there in awe. I was too surprised to move. I had no words except,

Delilah: "Wow it's huge!!!"

There were teenagers everywhere. The courtyard was packed. Then again, it makes sense. According to my father, this is the only high school in the vicinity. Helltown is such a small town that all the teens go to the same high school. It's crowded as fuck.

As I stood there gawking at the supersized school, a petite blonde girl buzzing with energy sprinted down the front of the courtyard screaming something. When she stopped she leapt into the air and tackled a poor defenseless boy. He was tall enough to bounce back though.

Delilah: "Holy shit she's insane!!!"

I saw him straighten up as he began scolding her. The poor guy didn't even see it coming. The girl seemed pretty unfazed though. She just kept smiling and laughing.

RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNGGGG*

That's my cue to go. I dug through my book bag to find my schedule. Looks like my first class is Algebra 2. It says room 451. Guess I should get going then. I navigated through the large crowd and entered the building.
