TWO MONTHS LATER
Once Galindo was locked up and EZ was finally free, life finally settled into a (somewhat) regular routine. His life consisted of three constants. Work and family, the club, and Letty...with Letty being the most important constant. Life was good, and he hoped it would only get better.
Letty's birthday was fast approaching, and EZ was going to use the occasion to ask her a very important and life-altering question. But before he did that, he needed to speak to Coco first.
He pulled the older man outside at the clubhouse so they could speak privately.
"What's up, boy scout?" Coco crossed his arms over his chest.
EZ pulled a black ring box out of his pocket and showed Coco the diamond ring inside. "I want to ask your permission to marry Letty."
Coco raised an eyebrow. "You knock her up?"
"No!" Not that EZ was aware of anyway.
"Ain't this taking shit too fast?"
"Not for us," EZ shook his head. "We know what we want."
"Letty's gonna be pissed you asked me, ya know," Coco advised. "She thinks it's a sexist tradition."
"Does that mean I have your approval or not, hermano?" EZ was too nervous to be patient right now.
"On one condition," Coco smirked.
"What?" EZ was eyeing the other man suspiciously.
"You have to tell Letty that I'm with Trinity."
"You're with Trinity?" EZ was floored.
Trinity Teller was hell on wheels who had been making trouble since the day she arrived two months earlier. She had been pissed when she had been basically traded to the Mayans by the club her father had founded, and her older brother died to protect. For the first few weeks, she would randomly disappear for hours on end just to prove that she was capable of giving the club the slip. She was moved from the clubhouse to Coco's spare room so he could keep a closer eye on her. Now that EZ took the time to think about it, he realized that Trinity had calmed down a lot in the last month or so, going so far as to befriend Letty and Alvarez's daughter, Tessa. And now he knew why.
"Yeah," Coco confirmed.
"She's been hanging out with Letty a lot recently, so she might already know," EZ shrugged. "But I'll tell her if you give me your blessing." It didn't seem like a bad trade because he doubted Letty would be upset by the news if she didn't already know it.
"You have it," Coco nodded. "Do right by her. That's my firstborn, my baby. Don't forget that or I'll make you live to regret it."

May to December
FanfictionA re-write of season one of 'Mayans MC' with a May/December relationship between EZ and Letty. Don't like it, don't read it. Underage character, trigger warning for child abuse. This is pretty dark, I won't lie.
