Chapter 13: Dimensional Disaster

Wednesday: 9:PM

Cole was sitting down on the couch, watching tv while Sasha and Dandelion were at the testing grounds. He gets pretty bored very easily, especially when hes alone.

After a frew minutes, the kaiju head finally re appeared after a week.

K.H: "You sure bringing that plantix here was a good idea?"

C: "I let her come because I didnt wanna break her heart."

C: "I couldnt just leave her behind like she was nothing..."

K.H: "Well, is she gonna adapt to this new world you brought her into?"

C: "I guess we'll just have to wait for the awnser to that question..."

K.H: "Eh... I guess your right..."

(20 minutes later)

Cole was fast asleep on the couch, he got bored, so he decided to take a nap, meanwhile the kaiju head was still witching tv.

Finally, Dandelion arrived bact at the apartment, back from testing. The kaiju head immediately sunk back into Coles shoulder.

Dandelion walked over to Cole, and shook him a bit, causing him to wake up, he sat up and rubbed his eyes.

C: "Ugh... what is it?"

D: "Someone... told me to come get you."

C: "Why...?"

D: "Its about that dimension... thingy."

D: "Someone said something about a portal..."

C: "Wait, so your telling me-"

D: "Theres a open portal that leads to a dimension called, 'Shattered Paradise' I think..."

C: "Oh... oh no..."

D: "Whats wrong?"

C: "Dandelion, stay here, im going to the testing grounds."

D: "Wha-"

C: "I said stay here!"

Cole jumped up from the couch, and immediately ran to the closet to grab his weapons. He then rushed out of the apartment.

(50 minutes later)

Cole arrived at the testing grounds, trying to catch his breath, only to be greeted by an angry scientist.

???: "Cole! What the hell did you do?!"

C: "What do you mean?!"

???: "The portals, there still open!"

C: "What?!"

Cole looked past the scientist and saw 4 portals, both leading to the previous dimensions he explored, expect there was one more portal, to an unknown dimension.

C: "Whats with the fourth one..?"

???: "They all just randomly appeared here!"

C: "But why four?"

???: "Thats why were asking you!"

C: "Ive only explored three!"

The conversation was interupted by gun fire, Cole pushed the scientist out of the way, only to be greeted by a Nightcrawler, and he could tell that this wasnt his friendly Nightcrawler.

The Nightcrawler was on a rampage, killing multiple guards at once, it even threw a few into the portals.

It noticed Cole after killing another guard, it lunged at him, and Cole didnt have any time to react, it took him by tha shirt collar, and tossed him into the wall. It left a huge crack in the wall.

The moment Cole got up, and tried to reach for his scythe, he was interupted by the Nightcrawler. The thing took his scythe from his hands, and threw it into one of the portals.

C: "No!"

A security guard tried to help Cole, onky yo have his heart ripped out within a fraction of a second. Cole knew if he didnt do something fast, this Nightcrawler would be rampaging through the facility.

Cole rached for his knife, and stabbed the Nightcrawlers hand, causing it to yelp, and let go of him. He then stabbed it in the leg.

The Nightcrawler layed helplessly on the ground, now unable to get up.

Cole dragged the thing by its leg, and randomly tossed it into one of the portals.

C: "Phew! We wont have to deal with him for a while."

C: "By the way... wheres Sasha?"

???: "Uh... about that..."

C: "Hm?"

???: "That nightcrawler who came out of the portal... he threw her into one..."

C: "What?!"

???: "Yeah... she was thrown into that one there..."

The scientist pointed to the fourth portal, the one that Cole hasnt explored yet.

C: "That one?"

???: "Yeah..."

Cole acted before the thought, and junoed into the fourth portal, hoping yo find Sasha, somewhere within the dimension.
