Miranda sat in front of Ben on the patio as they ate lunch. "So Dr. Bailey we have been doing all this talking about me. It's time for you to tell you about you."

"What about me do you want to know Ben?" Miranda asked.

"Everything."

"Okay, so I grew up as a shy girl. I was sheltered so my mom never let me go anywhere. I couldn't even ride my bike without training wheels and all the other little girls would ride pass me did."

"Dam how old where you?" Ben questioned curiously.

"I was 7 or 8." Miranda replied and Ben bit his lip to hold in his laughter. Her mom was irrational.

"Anyway, so put together, coke bottle glasses, high-water pants a soft voice and short.... equals no friends."

"Yeah Miranda that's really giving Steve Urkle." Ben laughed

"Shut up." Miranda huffed before giggling. "You should do that more often." Miranda commented.

"Huh?" Ben questioned.

"Laugh." Miranda returned reaching out to touch his face. "You are always so serious...I mean I'm no non sense and is known as the Nazi at work but at home I try to just be Miranda. It's like you carry Boss man Benjamin all day everyday."

"That's because I'm always on guard, even at home. I just want everyone to be safe. I don't want something to happen because I dropped the ball. I'm finding a home though." Ben voiced.

"A home where?" Miranda asked intently.

"In you? In right here." Ben stated reaching out and touching her heart.

Miranda smiled wide and she nodded her head.

"Okay back to you." Ben encouraged.

"Okay so I grew up with no friends, so the books filled that void. I couldn't go anywhere but with a book I went everywhere because of my mind." Miranda explained.

"I read anything down to science books, history books, math books. I was just hungry to learn. So, naturally I knew beyond my years and I was just smart. In high school I played in the band and I was a tutor earning money that way." Miranda said before biting her waffle.

"I got married in college."

"How did you meet him?"

"He was actually attending the neighboring college. My room mate wanted to go to a party, so I went with her but I just stayed off on the side with my drink and he approached me."

"Do you regret marrying him?"

"Um no not at all. I believe that people are only meant to be in your life for a season and he was one of them. Our season was up." Miranda answered and Ben nodded.

"Was he the best you've ever had?”

Miranda's eyes widen and she blushed. "He's the only person I have ever had sex with."

"Really ?" Ben questioned looking at her strangely.

"Yes, I told you I was shy and got married in college. We are just now getting a divorce which is almost complete but not final. So I don't have anything to make comparisons off of other than your mouth and fingers."

Ben nodded with a smirk. "And since you are wondering. Just your mouth and fingers knocked everything out of the park." Miranda informed.

Ben smirked at her and drunk his coffee. "Whenever you are ready to show me the full course meal I'll be right here waiting." Miranda added biting her lip again and setting her fork down, finished with her food.

"Miranda." Ben whispered staring her up and down. He could take her right now on this very table but he wouldn't do that to her. He wanted to fully get to know her and be her friend first.

"Ben." Miranda replied standing as she turned away from him to go inside.

Ben stood and grabbed her arm turning her to face him before he easily lifted her up.

"What...what are you doing?" Miranda asked wrapping her arms around his neck.

"I want you to get wet."

"Benjamin." Miranda whispered looking into his eyes as he walked.

Too caught up in his words she didn't even realized he walked into the pool with her.

"Uh. Ben Warren." Miranda scolded when the cold water touched her body. He dipped them quickly and Miranda yelled holding on tightly to his body.

"I didn't want to get my body wet."

"I think you did."

"This is not the wetness I was talking about you jack ass. Now look at my dam hair." Miranda huffed.

Ben laughed before looked at the curly state of her hair.

"You are beautiful. Your hair looks good like this too but we can go out together today and you can get your hair done. Plus I need a hair cut and new suits."

"Ohhh sounds like a shopping spree." Miranda cheered.

"Yup it is." Ben smiled.

Miranda looked down at her nightgown now soaking wet.

Ben looked down enjoying the view. "You just don't wear bras at night?" He questioned.

"You aren't supposed to." She replied watching him.

Ben leaned down and kissed the top of her breast and Miranda gasped before blushing.

They sat in the pool for a while talking back and forth and then went up stairs to get dressed for the day.

Miranda put on her long sleeve black scallop embroidery Mesh trimmed shirt and a pair of dark blue jeans. She paired her outfit with black basic chunky heel sock boots and a small necklace and earrings.

"Hey you ready?" Ben asked and Miranda nodded grabbing her small cross body purse and phone.

"Yeah I'm ready." She answered.

"You look good." Ben told her as his eyes traveled across her body.

"It's just jeans." Miranda smiled.

"It's not just jeans, it's you in the outfit. The outfit wouldn't be anything without you." Ben replied licking his lips.

"Come on." Miranda blushed walking beside him.

They walked outside together and Miranda put her shades on.

"What car are we taking." Miranda asked.

"Uh it doesn’t matter." Ben shrugged.

"The Bentley then." Miranda decided.

"They are riding with us?" Miranda asked.

"We are gonna take two....David and kyle can come." Ben replied.

"I wanted to drive though" Miranda pouted looking at him.

"You can they are just there for our protection...they can sit in the back but is just going to walk around the mall with us.

Miranda smiled excited that she gets to drive. She sat in the seat and adjusted it.

"Pull the seat up so you can reach the pedal."

"Shut up ass." Miranda glared at him as he laugh. "You too David." Miranda added hearing his laugh.

Miranda adjusted the seat and put her seat belt on before taking off. "Dam baby slow down." Ben commented and Miranda's eyes widen at the word baby.

Miranda drove to the mall and she parked. David got out and opened their doors.

Miranda enjoyed walking around the mall with Ben. They went into so many stores and whatever Miranda stared at too long, Ben would purchase.

Kyle was carrying all of Miranda's bags despite Miranda telling him that she could carry them.

In the food court, Miranda sat in front of Ben and they ate from different places.

"How can you eat that?" Ben asked watching Miranda bite into her sushi.

"It's good."

"I looks disgusting." Ben replied.

"Here." Miranda stated picking up one with her chop sticks. She dipped it in the dipping sauce before moving it to his mouth.

"Just bite it." She encouraged.

Ben looked at her skeptical before opening his mouth to bite a piece and chewed before swallowing.

"It's actually really good.”
“I know now let me have a piece of your Philly." Miranda smiled.

Ben handed her his sandwich and Miranda took a big bite. "Dam that's good." She finally said after swallowing and licking her lips.

Miranda looked up as a camera flashed and she knitted her eyebrows in confusion.

"Shit." Ben cursed.

"All this paparazzi for you." Miranda questioned flabbergasted.

"I'm an attractive, single billionaire. What do you mean all this is for you." Ben asked offended.

"I didn't mean it like that you big baby." Miranda teased.

"Ben Warren can you tell us what to expect with the launching of your new chain of hotels." A man asked.

"Benjamin Warren is not accepting any questions right now." David told the paparazzi.

"You ready?" Ben asked Miranda.

"Yeah we can go." Miranda responded standing.

"I'm sorry they ruined it."

"No it wasn't ruined it was still a perfect day. I enjoyed ever second of it. Just ask David to go get me a cinnamon sugar fresh pretzel and it will be even more perfect."

Ben smiled at her and agreed.

Miranda walked into work and she was genuinely happy. Her and Ben were becoming great friends. Friends with a lot of sexual tension.

She would be a liar to say that she didn't think about what he did to her. She wanted to experience that again and regularly.

"Hey girl you ready for your Italian lesson."

"Yeah." Miranda smirked and blushed thinking about Ben.

"What is with you?" Callie questioned looking her up and down.

"Nothing." Miranda dragged.

"It's the Italian guyyyy." Callie teased.

"He's not Italian. He's very much African American but he's bilingual." Miranda clarified. "Excuse us Kyle. We are going to go right in here." Miranda pointed to the on call room as she walked inside with Callie.

"So are you all dating?"

"No, we are just getting to know each other."

"Why do I have a feeling it's more to it." Callie laughed.

"I also got know what his mouth, tongue and hands can do." Miranda blushed.

"Miranda Bailey!" Callie exclaimed.

"What it just happened...one minute he was saying I needed to loose my attitude, next I was pinned against the office door." Miranda told her biting her lips just thinking about it.

"The only thing is, he is just a hard man to crack. I mean I know I have walls put up but he is like mount. Everest." Miranda sighed.

"He probably doesn't want to get hurt."

"I mean he's coming around and he's more so afraid of me getting hurt. Me being hurt will hurt him." Miranda explained.

"Oh okay I want to meet him." Callie said.

"Uh well I was thinking about asking him to have a Halloween party so if so you can meet him there."
