Chapter 10: A Day in Town

Ella, Pearl, Jake and Spark were cleaning the storage room. Ella was on a ladder because she's been trying to get over her fear of heights. Not helping her goal, she slipped on the ladder and started to fall

Ella: Kyaaaaaa!!

Luckily for Ella, she has a boyfriend who has really fast reaction time

Spark: I got you *grabs her in his arms like a princess*

Ella: *hugs Spark* My hero~

Pearl: We're all done cleaning, thank you all for the help!

Ella: Hey Spark, wanna go out to town today? Could be fun~

Spark: Alright, I have nothing going on

Ella: I'm gonna ask Sunshine is she wants to come

Spark: Alright

Jake: Spark, can we talk real quick?

Spark: Sure! What's up?

Jake: It's about Pearl. I sorta have feelings for her yet I'm not sure at the same time

Spark: I honestly think you two would be great together but maybe wait some more time. Wait till you know if you want to date her or not, then make your decision. Make sense?

Jake: Yeah, thanks

Ella: She's currently taking a nap so I guess it'll be just us

Spark: Guess the movie last night messed up her sleep

Ella: Solar said he would watch her while we're gone

Spark: Let's go then

While on the way to town

Ella: I've been thinking, Sunshine has been spending a lot of time with Alex

Spark: You're worried they will date later on?

Ella: I wouldn't say I'm worried about them dating, more of doing it too young. Alex is a nice kid and all, but you knew that we were too young to be in a relationship when we were little

Spark: Sunshine's a smart girl. I think Alex knows their too young, but I honestly believe she knows to shoot him down if he tries anything too soon

Ella: I guess. I've always just wondered if she would take from my past and try to get boys to fall in love with her too

Spark: If she's taking anything from you, it's your amazing kindness and caring. And if she's also taking my smarts, then she'll become the best kid anyone could ever ask for

Ella: Yeah, guess your right

When the get to town

Spark: Let me guess, gift shop first?

Ella: Actually I wanna grab some stuff from the clothing store then gift shop. I want you to come with me to get clothes too

Spark: Alright

They went straight to the clothing store where Ella picked out 2 matching T-shirt, a scrunchie in the same color, and a baseball hat in the same color

Ella: What do you think?

Spark: Any reason you have two matching shirts in different sizes?

Ella: I know we have never done this but I thought we could wear matching shirts and head gear. I know you wouldn't wear a scrunchie so I got you a hat

Spark: We always gotta try new things and it does sound fun

After a quick outfit change, the duo were on their way to the gift shop
