Season 3 Chapter 3: A Frosty Friend

The first part takes place during last chapter while the others were doing things

Diamond was at a coffee shop she frequently visits. It was always a nice peaceful place for her to read and have a nice start to her day. Everyone she saw looked somewhat familiar to her because they would all frequent the small cafe but today, someone came in that looked familiar, but not in the same way as for everyone else. He was tall, really strong looking, had dirty blond hair, and had a few scratches on his face. He looked like someone Diamond has seen before, but never in this cafe.

Diamond: (Should I try to talk to him? He looks familiar but it could be awkward...)

As if he read her mind, he came over to talk to her

Random guy: I'm sorry to bother you but you just look so familiar

Diamond: It's weird, I feel the same way

Random guy: Wait a minute.... Diamond from class B right?

Diamond: Yeah that's me, but I can't think of how I remember you

Random guy: We were in the same class, I'm Frost. Does any of that ring a bell?

Diamond: Kinda

Frost: I was really shy but tried to talk to you alot

Diamond then remembers him. He used to be a really small and shy guy who meant well, but lacked the confidence to talk to people. This guy was a lot bigger, built like steel, and definitely had a good amount of confidence

Diamond: Wow, you definitely changed a lot, I can't believe I'm seeing you again. Wanna chat for a bit?

Frost: Sure, feels like we both missed a lot

Diamond: How did you get so strong? Last time we saw each other, you were smaller and much more quiet

Frost: Soon after you left I realized that life was important and I wanted to protect my loved ones so I started to work out a lot. I worked on learning combat for self defense and after being an explorer for a while, I recently became a teacher in our old school for combat

Diamond: Sounds like you've been busy

Frost: You have no idea. Why did you randomly leave one day with your family? Everyone was wondering and thought you both died

Diamond: I... I don't want to talk about it. It's personal

Frost: Oh, sorry I asked. How is Rose?

Diamond: She's doing well. Same personality but now part deer

Frost: How did that happen?

Diamond: Very long story

They spent another 10 minutes talking about random things until Frost had to leave

Frost: I've gotta go. But we should meet up again some time

Diamond: How about at my place? We can do the same thing and you'll be able to meet Rose again

Frost: Sounds fun. When should I come over?

Diamond: Thursday around lunch time work for you?

Frost: Got it. See you Thursday then

Diamond: Bye

A few days later

Spark turns on a camera facing him

Spark: This is chorus fruit test 5. The powdered form appears to be more controllable and the chocolate version was even better but had a terrible taste. So today, I will be testing the chocolate inside cookies.
