Phillip Williams and his wife, Phyllis walk to where the new arrivals are standing and Phillip offers his hand to Lord Patrick William Howard and Lord Patrick William holds out his hand and Phillip William says to the new arrivals, "Welcome To Star-Base 12. We heard of your arrival."
Lord Patrick William Howard and his entourage are amazed to see their American counterparts and the representative of Star-Fleet Command explains, " These were the first settlers on Star-Base 12 from The United States before May 1, 2153. They lived in a divided country torn between Pro-War and Anti-War demonstrators. They arrived here on February 1, 2153, three months before World War Three broke out on May 1, 2153."
"These nice young couples have agreed to extend their hospitality to everyone." The commissioner of Star-Fleet Command tells Lord Patrick William Howard.

"While we were growing up there were a lot of demonstrations between Pro-War demonstrators and the Anti-War Demonstrators." Phillip explains.
Lord Patrick William tells Phillip Williams " We left on April 30, 2153, and we had no idea that the next day that World War Three would break out, but it came like a thief in the night when everyone was asleep and we heard that over sixty millions were lost during the first nuclear weapon."
"When we asked for a list of the fatalities from the International Red Cross. We were told they were still gathering up the numbers." Lord Patrick William tells him.
"We heard about the outbreak of World War Three from The United Federation of Planets and Star-Fleet Command." Phillip tells Lord Patrick.
"We too asked for a list from the International Red Cross, but we were told that list was not completed" Phillip admits.
"I did hear some news that Colonel Philip Green was killed by Flint the Immortal over his Montana headquarters by the Ebola Virus and it killed his followers and him instantly." Phillip tells him.

"Yes of course, I have another copy." Phillip tells him " Once you get settled. Your friends and you may want to arrange a memorial service for your families."
"My friends and I have already done so." Phillip explains and with that they finally arrive at Phillip estate and he tells them " Consider this your home until you build your homes."
