Star-Base 12 was not complete without the daughters of two Dukes on Star-Base 12, Lord Edmund Beaufort and his wife, Lady Eleanor Butler welcomes in Lord Edmund Beaufort's heiress, Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort in 2167, and Lord Richard and Lady Anne Devereux welcome in the daughter, Lady Penelope Devereux in 2167.

Now both, Lord Edmund Beaufort and Lord Richard Devereux were very progressive Dukes of their times, and they didn't believe in the archaic practices of pre-arranged marriages for their children.

Whereas, Lord Patrick William Howard and Lord John Richard Carey were both very traditional in their ways.

Lord Richard Devereux and Lord Edmund's daughters were joined by Lord Reynold's Grey' daughter, Lady Mary Grey, and Lord Robert Bourbon's daughter, Lady Isabella Bourbon.

So in the year of 2167, there were four daughters and only two sons were born and this gave both Lord Frederick William Howard and Lord Phillip John Carey a choice between the daughters that were born.

When Lord Frederick William Howard and Lord Phillip John Carey came to age they had a rather hard choice who they were going to marry.

Lord Frederick William Howard set his mind on Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort, but five years later after her birth, she was welcomed with a little brother, Lord Thomas Beaufort in 2173.

Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort wasn't in a hurry to marry and her father and mother wanted her to marry for love and be happy, and she wasn't taken by Lord Frederick William Howard's narrow way of thinking against women and rights to succeed their father's Dukedoms and titles.

Lord Phillip John Carey had decided on Lady Penelope Devereux and she was welcomed with a little brother, Lord Robert Devereux in 2173 as well.

Lord John Carey was very free-thinking when it came toward preserving his Dukedom, and he didn't have an issue when it came to the succession whether it was going to son or daughter.

Lord John Carey welcomed a daughter in 2173 and she was named Lady Philadelphia Essex Carey and Lord Roger Seymour and his wife, Lady Charlotte Say welcomed a son in 2173, Lord William Seymour.

Lord Alexander Robert Stuart and his wife, Lady Annabella Drummond welcomed a son, Lord Robert Alexander Stuart in 2173.

Most of the most prominent families on Star-Base 12 have two children, in 2174, Lord Patrick William and Lady Margaret are blessed with their daughter, Lady Elizabeth Ann Howard.

Lord Phillip Carey decides to court Lady Penelope Devereux but Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort is taken by Lord Frederick William Howard, and Lord Patrick William Howard refused to become involved and tells his son " You have other choices, but Lord Frederick William Howard wants only one woman and that is Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort.
