I woke up alone, in a cave like space that i did not recognise. Bottles filled with strange liquids were locked away within cabinets. "Oh~ you're awake!"
"W-what happened?" I questioned frantically. "I saved you, my dear~" I looked at him confused, "saved? SAVED? Where even am I? Wheres my son?" He smiled softly, "you are in my house, more specifically my lab since its the only part that's above water. And don't worry about your son, I shall send someone to get him, all I need is a picture." He held his hand out, gesturing for a photo. "How do I know I can trust you?" I spat. "I just saved you from that monster! He killed someone." Then the truth sank in. "He really did that?..." Otaktay nodded. He sat next to me. "The photo?" I took the photo out of my wallet and handed it to him, he laid a kiss on my hand. "Don't worry my dear, I will make sure he's safe." With that he dove into a small hole in the ground which seemed to lead into the sea. I really hope I can trust him.

It hadn't been long but I had grown bored and decided to look on the labels which were visible through the glass of the cabinets. I noticed a small bottle filled with a liquid of the most beautiful shade of red, it smelt like cranberry juice! My favourite! I decided to take a sip as if it did anything it would be in a cabinet right? I would sip on it every now and again like a normal drink. "I'm back dear~ and I have someone fetching your son!" He looked at me strangely. "What are you drinking?"
"Oh! Just this cranberry juice I found. Sorry I didn't ask. I was thirsty-" my voice started to go funny "and I didn't.. didn't know where..." He caught me in his arms as I collapsed.

"Are you ok darling?", I nodded slowly. "You never do that again!" He said in a stern voice. "You're lucky I had a remedy for that poison." He stroked my hair. "I was worried about you darling ~".

(Otaktay pov)

I'm far to soft. Letting the human live, though I feel he could still be useful to me. I could use him to hurt Kaiholo more than I had at first thought. Sure killing the human would leave him distraught. But breaking his heart, watching him fall apart. A lot more fun.
