okay so.. should we order chicken joy? You like jollibee right?! [shouted by rei]
yeah sure [irene smiled while looking at rei, she felt more happier whenever she's with her bestfriend. Her face was full of joy but the hurtful words that her bullies said still haunts her wherever she goes]
NEXT DAY
IRENES POV
I woke up, and decided to text rei first, I have always felt the need to call or message my bestfriend everyday in the morning to receive compliments from them since it makes me feel me better
I always check my weight in the scale
To see if I'll be sad or happy today
Looks Like I gained weight, ugh why does this happen?
I pack my bag and go to school, I usually walk since my dad couldn't bring me to school due to work
[arrives at school]
"Look at this dumbass fat person"
"bro do you even take care of your skin, if I was you I would've popped my acne already"
"stop eating and lose weight"
"those jeans doesn't even fit you anymore"
As irene arrived the school, people already said those mean things to her
She just walked pass them but someone pushed her in a blink of an eye. Irene was covered in mud.
Irene moved and went to another place again, she couldn't stand up for herself in any way
She then got seen by her bestfriend Rei. Rei had a confused, worried face.
She then runs up to irene to ask what happened
"Oh no Irene! What happened to you?" Rei said in an anxious voice
"oh nothing, you don't have to worry, we should head to class" she said in a shaky voice, trying not to cry over the things her bullies said
Rei glanced over Irene's bullies and ran up to them. Rei couldn't hold in her anger anymore, she violently punched the guy who bullied irene.
"You immoral son of a bitch" Rei screamed at the guy's ears like he was going to be deaf.
"Leave her the fuck alone if you don't want to get hurt once again" Rei went away to go to irene while eyeing the bullies.
"Irene, come on! Let's go to the bathroom, I have extra clothes you can wear" Rei happily said to irene, she grabbed her arms and brought her to the girls bathroom

Rei gave her extra clothes to irene.
Irene then changed clothes and washed her stained clothes.
She also then rinsed her face.
While irene was washing her face, Rei noticed that irene had a scar on her face. "OH LORD IRENE IS YOUR SCAR OKAY!?" Rei mentioned
"Oh that, don't worry about it" Irene said, she didn't want rei to worry about her.
"OH HELL NAH IM PUTTING A BANDAGE ON YOUR FACE" Rei disagreed with irene about her not worrying.
Rei then put a bandage on Irene's face, and made sure it was secured.
The school bell rang, Irene and Rei went to their classroom to study.
After class, they decided to go eat in the cafeteria, Rei had bought homemade food like sushi, soup dumplings, ramen, miso soup, and tempura
Rei's parents are really rich, so when it comes to food she always buys and cooks a lot for irene to eat.
"Here's your favorite Japanese dishes! Go eat now irene!" Rei offered irene to eat food but irene refused
"Oh it's okay, I'm trying to not eat that much nowadays, considering that I also gained weight" Irene responded.
"no go eat irene! I made this specially for you, if you don't eat it I will throw this away" Rei pouted and because of that irene ate her homemade food so rei wouldn't get sad
"Look at this fatass, you wouldn't lose weight if you keep eating, remember If you're fat nobody will love you" Irene's bully mumbled
Rei, as a supportive friend, she fighted for her.
Rei grabbed Irene's bully's lunch and thrower it at his face, all the food was on his clothes, face, and hair.
Irene's bully was shocked and in disbelief, he ran away in embarrassment
"Goodluck on your upcoming itchy face, or should I say acne? Go run away bastard" Rei shouted to mock and embarrass Irene's bully
Irene thanked rei for defending her, Rei told her to just keep eating and finish the food until there's nothing left
"You know irene, you should also learn how to stand up for yourself, you can't just rely to me because what if I'm not here who will take care of you?" Rei spoked
"How could I? My self esteem isn't high and I have social anxiety, if I stand up for myself i will probably just cry and embarrass myself" Irene replied to Rei, She explained how she couldn't stand up for herself
"I'll teach you how! It's all bout confidence and vocabulary! Go to my house later at afternoon and we can have a great talk about self defense!"
Rei suggested to irene. Irene accepted it.

Afterschool, Irene went to Rei's house
Rei made an afternoon snack that irene really loved! French fries, Onion Rings, Chicken nuggets and corn dog!
As irene arrived at rei's place, she smelled that delicious snacks rei made.
"Omg, you are finally here!" Rei greeted irene in a happy tone
"Come on Irene! Let's go bring the snacks upstairs while we talk about self esteem" Rei and Irene brought the snack upstairs carefully, they didn't want it to spill
In Rei's room, There was a huge awkwardness happening since Rei didn't know how to start the conversation. So Irene talked first
"So uh, how do I boost my self esteem?" Irene asked
"Always believe in yourself, never let fear stop you from defending yourself or someone, show people that you are capable of fighting, and its your responsibility to stand up for yourself, You are beautiful, your weight is beautiful! People love you, Yes People love you, you just don't notice that because you are always focused on tour bullies! Tell them how stupid they are, and make sure you have enough words to roast the fuck out of them" Rei advised
"Thank you so much for that advice rei! You are the best! From now on I will stand up for myself! I love you so much rei! Irene gratefully said
"I love you too Irene! It's nice seeing you improve" Rei was so proud of irene and was hoping that irene will stand up for herself tomorrow"
