Chapter seven

Y/NS POV
A little time later

Steve, nancy, Barb and I all sat around Steve's pool, Steve said we were waiting for someone else to come and I sorta felt my heart sink..he said it would only be us and first and literally the only person it could be would be Tommy or Carol

I sit off the edge of the pool and stare into the water, not noticing the knock on the front door and Steve leaving to go see who it was

Barb and Nancy sit on two chairs surrounding the pool and talk about some dumb shit

I stare into the rippling water of the pool until I see someone walking up behind me, before I can turn around and see who the fuck it was I was suddenly pushed into the pool

The shock made me sit in the pool for a second or two, while I tried to wonder what the fuck just happened someones hand grabs my head and pushes me underwater

"What the fuck" I say to myself, forgetting that oh yeah water shouldn't go into someone's mouth when their underwater

After what seemed like just a couple seconds of this shit I start getting dizzy..fuck no I'm not dying in some idiots pool

As soon as I think I gonna black out I feel the hand getting ripped of my head by someone else

"What the fuck was that Tommy?" I hear Nancy shout before I lift my head out of the water then get dragged out of the pool by Nancy

"Jeez Nancy it was just a joke, plus he deserves it" Tommy says shoving his hands in his pockets with a smile

"How was that joke? He could've died" Nancy says pushing Tommy out of the way and dragging me behind her

She let's go and hands me a towel as we get inside, I dry off my face so I can basically see again

"Nancy why are you sticking up for a dirty little fag?" I hear carols annoying whiney ass voice as everyone follows them inside

"Fuck" I mumble to myself as I turn around and see Tommy, Steve and Carol all staring at me

"How the fuck do you know?" I say then Tommy steps closer and stares at me somehow even more judgy than he did before

"We did some digging" He said then pushed my shoulder like he thought that would do something

What the fuck did he mean by 'digging'?..Well there's no time to think and just stand here not doing anything

I quickly punch Tommy in the nose and he fucking falls on his ass and holds his hands over his face while Carol yells

"What the fuck did you just do?" She yells then runs to her 'poor' boyfriend and holds onto his shoulder while he removes his hand that's covered in blood

"Oops" I say quickly before throwing the towel Nancy gave me over Tommy's head then going to leave the house

Before I leave I grab Steve's car keys off the counter and run outside..no way I was fucking waking home

I ran to his car and jumped inside and used the keys to start the car then started driving

*timeskip*

I parked the car then got out of it then walked up to the front door and opened it..well I can see eleven didn't lock the door after she got inside

I walk inside and see eleven sitting on the couch watching TV..she was staring pretty intensely at the TV then turned to look at me

She jumped off the couch and ran to me like a tiny dog that was waiting for its owner to get home

"People came inside when you were gone" She said looking up at me..and by the look in her eyes I could tell it wasn't just Mike, Dustin or lucas

"Do you know who it was?" I asked then she shook her head and held onto my arm

"Why wet?" She asked then I remembered that I was drenched in water

"Well I almost got murdered so that's why...but I think it's about time we get you up to bed" I say kinda not wanting her to ask any more questions

She nods then turns around and switches off the TV with her mind then runs back to the living room and grabs the stuffed purple rabbit plush I gave her

"Goodnight" she says before running upstairs

"Goodnight el!" I yell upstairs as she gets inside of her room and closes over the door, leaving it open three inches

I go upstairs too and then go inside my room..obviously needing to get changed, the room was all dark except the light from my computer screen

"Oh fuck..so that's how they found out" I say looking over to the computer screen which had the chat site sitting open with it scrolled up and the time I told the guy I wad talking to that I was gay opened

"Okay this is all so fucking obvious now" I mumbled to myself looking down at the computer then shutting it down and getting changed out of my wet clothes

Once I'm changed I jump into my bed and lay down, I then stare up at the ceiling for a very..very long time
And by long time I mean the rest of the might...

*timeskip*

My alarm clock rings and I throw it to the ground again..fuck I didn't sleep at all last night

I get out of bed and I honestly can't be bothered getting changed out of the clothes I was wearing so I just put on my still wet shoes and leave my room

I go to the guest room where el was and open the door, thinking I'd find her awake like I always do this early but she's still sleeping

I close over the door again still leaving it open three inches just like she always does then go downstairs and make up some eggos

I then grab a post-it note and write "Hey El it's me (y/n obviously) I left early today so I left you some eggos downstairs just promise to eat something healthy today"

I go upstairs again and i put the note beside her bed then sneak back downstairs

I grab Steve's car keys and get into the car..today wasn't going to be fun..at all
