This can't be happening?!?! Am I going crazy!!?? I mean I knew this was going to happen at one point but now?!?! I couldn't be more happier!! I'm in the closet picking out an outfit. It had to be cute but not to showing. I pick out a cute black skirt with a baby pink long sleeve top (photo at top). With some cute flats. "I still can't believe this is happening! You haven't asked me to pick an outfit out for you in forever!" I said smiling brightly

"We'll it's my first date so I wanted some help...." Kanao said blushes brightly. That's correct my baby sister is going on a date! Tanjiro finally asked her out and it's about time they're just the cutest! "We'll I'll get out so you can get dress then I'll help you with everything else!" I said leaving her room smiling
Kanao POV 🌺
I'm nervous....Tanjiro asked me on a date the other day and I said yes. Why wouldn't I! He's so kinda and gently with everyone, he helped me stop relying on a coin to make decisions. But at times I wish I still used my coin...I finally finished getting dress and looked at myself in the body mirror I have and smiled
"I'm dressed" I said and then my sister shinobu came in to do my hair. She was just putting it in my usual style with my usual pink and green butterfly pin. She then put some light pink lip stain on my lips and smiled at me
"What is it? Do I look ok?" I asked still nervous "it's nothing and you look beautiful, I'm proud of you kanao." She said softly and gently kissed my forehead "now go or you'll be late" she laughed I looked at the time and panicked. I grabbed a small white over the shoulder purse and the flats. I ran to the door put the flayed on and ran out "bye! Love you!" I called before closing the door quickly going to the spot I had to meet Tanjiro at.
Third person POV 🧋
Kanao finally got to the meeting spot and looked around soon seeing a male with black pants, a green and black checkered flannel and his usual hanafuda earring. He was standing by the fountain looking at his phone the looked up to see kanao. He waved at her as she walked over. The closer she got, the more he got to look at her outfit. Once she stood in front of him he was blushing bright pink and for some reason so was she!
"Y-you look very cute kanao!" Tanjiro accidentally yelled out causing some people to look over but the looked away right after. "T-thank you, you l-look very handsome" The pink butterfly said shyly.
"H-how about we go to a cafe first? I know a good one I think you'd enjoy." He said smiling and put his phone in his pants pocket. "Sound nice" kanao replied
-times skip to at the cafe entrance-
"A cat cafe?" Kanao asked looking at Tanjiro and he just smiled brightly at her. He gently took her hand and went inside. She delete her face heat up at the action and had a small smile on her face. After a minute Tanjiro and kanao sat at a table in the back by a window. "Turns out as we wait for our foods and everything we're allowed to play with the cats" Tanjiro said smiling which shocked kanao. To the untrained eye, it would look like kanao wasn't reaction, but to Tanjiro. He knew that made her happy, he could see a small spark in her eyes.
After a bit someone came to talk their order, Tanjiro got some water and a waffle dessert. While kanao got some green tea and a strawberry crêpe. The waiter nodded and left. Kanao was busy playing with a cat and Tanjiro was just smiling softly at her. She felt someone staring and looked at him. She blushed deeply.
Their day continued like that, she could do something cute without realizing it, Tanjiro would stare and smiled. Then she would blush like crazy. At the end of the day Tanjiro was walking kanao home and they were holding hands. Once they got to kanao house he looked at her and smiled for the hundredth time today
"I enjoyed today, you're so adorable and you don't realize it" he said calmly "s-shush" kanao said looking down blushing. Tanjiro just chuckled and that gave kanao the chance to quickly leave a kiss on his check and go inside before she closed the door she looked out kind of hiding.
"I had fun, let's go on another date soon" she said before closing the door completely. Leaving a blushing red Tanjiro still processing the kiss on his check.
