This is the twentieth chapter! Hope you enjoy it. Over 1400 views (1486 when this chapter published)! Sorry for the long absence, just personally family reasons. I'm gonna try and get this story finished by the end of August, because I have Supported Internship (UK) in September.

I don't own any characters except Garth, Lily, and in a way, Jeff Wagner.

Jakutsk, Siberia, Russia, some time later...

Garth and the others sat in the heated truck outside the entrance of the military base, on the cold snowy dark Siberia night. They have received permission from the Russian Government to use it as a base, the Russian personnel having been cleared out for the time being. He moved his head rightwards to see the Surfur (handcuffed in thick metal cuffs that went around it's body, it's feet dangling in the snow) being half dragged by two soldiers. He was the Dogs barking, most likely out of confusion at the unknown and new smell of the Surfur. He watched Reed go out into the snow, then he came back a minute later with Hager, who told them he and the others are to come with him and Reed. After the cold walk outside which lasted a few seconds, (the cold reminding Garth of sledging holidays in the Canadian Rockies with his late parents when he was a kid), they were inside the base, and taken straight to a basic grey metal walled room with only a table and a CCTV camera.

Hager told Reed they were to stay in the room until further notice. Garth stood in between Sue and Ben. "But, general, we had an agreement!" Reed snapped. "Calm down. The enemy has been captured. Mission accomplished." Hager said back, holding out and gesturing with his right hand. "Where is he?" Sue asked, very sternly. "Contained." Hager answered simply. "General." They heard the voice of one of Hager's aides say, which caused him turn around, Garth seeing some men in the doorway. "Mr Sherman." Hager greeted, eyeing the short, balding, creepy looking man behind the aide outside the door.  Garth didn't like the looks of this Sherman guy one bit. Hager turned around to face Garth and the others again. "If you'll excuse us, we have work to do." Hager said, before he turned around and began walking out. Reed then started following him. "I want to be there for the questioning." Reed spoke, which made Hager stop and turn round to face him. "That's not gonna happen." Hager replied coldly, before he turned to his aide. "Make sure our guests remain here, comfortably." Hager ordered, Garth then folding his arms in annoyance. "Yes, sir." The aide replied, before they closed the thick metal door.

A few minutes of silence later, Garth sat down with his eyes shut, his back against the left hand side of the room, on the right a pile of boxes, his face pointed downwards slightly, his hands and his upwards facing knees. He then moved his head leftwards and noticed Johnny looking at the CCTV camera. "Are we prisoners?" He asked. "Point for Johnny. Yeah. We're prisoners, lock, stock, And barrel." Garth said in response. "How did that happen?" Johnny laughed out. "Apparently they don't want us interfering with their methods." Reed said. "I can't even imagine what they're doing to him in there." Sue said sadly, and Garth was wondering if she was starting to care about the Surfur. "From the look on that man, Sherman's face, I guess is that they're torturing him." Garth replied. "I say he gets what he deserves." Ben said. "How can say that?" Sue asked back. "I'm just saying that maybe the Generals right about this. The guy was about to destroy the planet. He said so himself." Ben answered. "But it doesn't make any sense. He protected me from the missile. Why would he do that?" She asked them all, which made Garth open his eyes and look upwards at her chair, which was in  front of him to his left slightly. "Maybe he thinks your cute." Johnny offered an answer as Garth saw him sit down at the table. "There's a lot more going on here. Now, he said he wasn't  the destroyer." Reed said. "Uh, maybe he lied?" Ben asked, followed by a pause. "We need to get in there and talk to him." Reed announced. "How do we do that? If we break out, they'll no longer trust us, and come at us all guns blazing." Garth said, standing up, stressing the point. "Then we'll do it under the radar." Reed answered, looking at Sue. Garth then realised that from the way she smiled at him, it was obvious what they were planning. So the plan got under, with Johnny going to the door, and opened it. "Hey is any way we could get some DVD's, or popcorn, or something, just to pass the time?" Johnny asked the aide outside the door. "I'll call it in, Mr Storm." The aide answered. "Great. Thank you. Semper Fi." Johnny said back, saying some motto. "That's the Marine Corps, we're the Army." The aide apparently corrected. "Yeah, I know it's the Army." Johnny muttered, as he closed the door. Unknown to the aide, Sue had turned invisible and had sneaked out while the door was opened. A few minutes later, she came back, and told them everything.
