"Come in, I made breakfast," Izzie tells Mark and I the next day, having invited us over. "Blue plate is gluten free!" she called as we passed.

"Are you okay?" Meredith asked.

"Of course I'm okay. I'm a millionaire. Fruit?" she asked us. Apparently Denny had left Izzie with a lot of money. "What do you guys think about B&Bs?" she asked, "I'm thinking about opening a B&B in Vermont where the foliage is, you know?"

"Maybe you should go back to bed," George suggested. Mark and I rolled our eyes. We were mad at Callie because she got drunk and kept Rosie up, but we knew it was because of George, he gets part of the anger. Eventually we had taken Callie back down to the bar, letting Joe know to make sure Callie doesn't get into trouble. Considering a guy left this morning, and we heard what they were doing while making sure our baby stayed asleep. Callie got laid.

"Can't, I'm going to the hospital," Izzie said.

"Are you going to go talk to the chief?" Meredith asked.

"Nope, going to clean out my locker," Izzie answered, "I could buy a hotel. How much do you think a hotel costs? Ooh," she says pouring orange juice on the check.

When we got to the hospital, I walked in on Meredith telling Alex and Cristina what happened, "She's losing it. She almost battered and fried an eight and a half million dollar check this morning."

"That kind of money, I'd buy my own hospital and stock it full of sick people," Cristina said. "Valvuloplasties and ruptured aneurysms...mm," she continues, imagining her dream hospital.

"You're a psycho, you know that, right?" George asked.

"I'm not the one with a eight and half million dollar check I won't cash," Cristina immediately counters.

"Stop talking about me," Izzie suddenly spoke up on the other side of the lockers, "I'm fine. I am cleaning out my locker and I am going home."

"What's wrong?" Cristina asked me, noticing my tired state.

"Callie got angry. Callie got drunk. Callie got a one night stand. Callie kept my daughter up most of the night..." I trailed off quietly because George was still near us.

We all gather up in front of Bailey, "M&M in 15 minutes, people."

"Wait a minute, we all get to go to M&M, even if we haven't finished our rounds?" Alex asked.

"Even if," Bailey answered, "I want all of you at the M&M today."

"Yes!" Alex celebrated making Bailey's head snap back around and Alex shrunk back, "People die in this hospital on our watch. Once a month, we meet to discuss how our actions as physicians contributed to the deaths," I knew about those, it was part of the reason Dad didn't like seeing patients, he might've given the order, but there always the chance one of the others screwed up, "This is a serious exercise."

"Dr. Bailey," a man called, Bailey left us.

"George, Alex, get good seats. Mer, River, and I will get snacks," Cristina immediately said. "Yeah," George agreed.

Bailey had been called by a set of parents that didn't know where to go, "Dr. Karev," Bailey called, "Uh, Mrs. Niles is scheduled for a mastectomy tomorrow. Uh, why don't you show her and her husband up to the fifth floor. Is this the little man?" Bailey had immediately turned her attention to the baby Mr. Niles was holding, "He is adorable."
