"So, Izzie left the house this morning. That's a good sign. Are you okay?" George asked Meredith when I walked in after dropping Rosie off.

"Yeah," Meredith responded even though she was drinking Pepto Bismol, "I'm just not feeling like myself."

"O'Malley seems to have that affect on women. Ask Dr. Torres," Alex said, I high-fived him as I passed by to get to my locker. "What's that supposed to mean?" George asked, sounding a bit offended.

"Dude...you threw her out on her ass. I know she's moved in with River, but you still threw her out," Alex reminded him.

"I did not. Who told you that?" George asked.

"Callie when she got drunk last night," I spoke up.

"Huh?" George responded, startled.

"Yeah, she was at the bar, we all heard. She needed to vent so she did," Alex said. He had been there when River walked in to find Callie and helped her get the woman back to her car. George exited the locker rooms and we heard him call out, "Callie!"

"Oh, she's going to let him have it," I said, grabbing my coat. "Be prepared, she might mention you in her anger because of that night you had with George," I warned Meredith. We met up with Bailey who was already not in a great mood, "Let's go people. I've been in surgery since 2 a.m. I'm in no mood," Bailey said. "Obviously," I muttered to Cristina as we rushed to catch up.

"George," Meredith whisper called George.

"Woman troubles?" Cristina asked Meredith as she bickered with Alex and George, both of us noticing Meredith had stopped and was holding her stomach. "I might be getting an ulcer, I don't know," Meredith said. We rushed to get catch up to the others with the first patient, "She can't be pregnant if she thinks it's an ulcer," Cristina whispered.

"Yeah, I don't think she's pregnant," I agreed, I had been nauseous and had breast pain when I found out, no stomach pain. I know Cristina had just been nauseous.

"Shawn Sullivan, 62," George started, "Had invasive bypass surgery two days ago to remove a blockage from his L.A.D.," George handed over the chart to Bailey, but was cut off by Shawn before he could continue. "But I'm all better now. Thank you, George," he turned his attention to Bailey while Cristina and I kept looking back at Meredith who was leaning against the closet in the room, holding her stomach. "So what do you think, Miranda? Can I stop being a burden to you good people and go on home?" Shawn asked.

"You need to stop interrupting the doctors, Shawn," the woman next to him said, "You just need to listen to what they say."

"I need to get back to the dealership. They're gonna can me if I'm out too long," Shawn argued.

"They can't can you, Sweetie. You're the best salesman they got," his wife reassured him.

"What do you sell?" Bailey asked.

"Cars," Shawn said with a smile.

"My Shawn could sell...anything," his wife smiled.

"Yeah, I believe he can. What he can't sell me on is going back to work before he gets his oxygen levels up," Bailey said, by now Alex is also noticing Cristina and I checking on Meredith and was seeing if she was okay, "So you put that oxygen back on, Mr. Sullivan, before I even think about letting you out of here," Shawn put the oxygen back on, "You know, and if I do, I want your word nothing fried, no alcohol, and no cigarettes," she listed off.
