Chapter One | The Call

November 7

|

"How could you do this to me?" I looked at him with tears in my eyes, shocked of what he did to me as the knife in my stomach slipped out and in.

"It was all part of a plan. You didn't think I'd actually love you?" He laughed and blood came out of my mouth, my glossy eyes kept staring at him.

Betrayal is all I felt.

But I deserved it.

I really thought he could love someone like me.

My phone rang as I zipped up my leather jacket to my breasts, showing a bit of my cleavage. I grabbed my phone from the dresser and pressed Accept before putting it against my ear.

"Dah? Black Widow speaking." My Russian accent came in, I could hear heavy breathing from the call.

"One billion  for Andres Sangriento." The deep voice through the phone said.

Andres Sangriento, the father of Vicente Sangriento Junior. Andres is The Retired Leader Of Las Calavera, he is forty five years old and his wife is Aurora Sangriento, she's thirty nine.

Andrés and Aurora were together for an arranged marriage from their parents to create more power to the gang which is technically true.

Long story short, they had a baby boy and that is Vicente Sangriento. Then three years later, they had a baby girl named Victoria Sangriento.

Since then they haven't had any kids, Aurora had complications with her having kids after. Aurora works as a doctor, she's the Calavera's personal doctor and is only good at that.

You might think Aurora is selfish and greedy like Andres but she's not, she's the opposite. She cares for others and is sweet with other people.

She loves cooking and dancing, also reading. Andres hates that she wants to live a normal like while she's in a gang, she knows she can't live a normal life. In her mind, she pretends she is.

That's the sad part.

I relate to her in some of her published books. She talks about girls being trapped in their own mind and not knowing what's real or not real.

Her books have a lot of meaning if you pay attention.

Too bad her husband has to die. Either way, I don't care who I'm messing with because I'll kill then if they get in my way with no emotion.

Plus, they'll never catch me. I've been killing some of their men because I'm asked to in exchange for money and we all know that money is everything.
