"How are you, Lilith? Anymore morning sickness?" The doctor asked me, I shook my head and lifted my shirt up to my chest, showing my round bump.

"No, not anymore like I used to." The doctor put a cold gel on my stomach and pressed long white thing on my stomach while looking at the sonogram.

"That's good to hear, you're almost six months into your pregnancy all you need is 3 more months and you'll get to hold your babies." The doctor reminded me, I felt my heart drop in a bad way.

The doctor looked at me since I was quiet, she looked at me confused and continued checking on the baby.

"What's wrong?" She asked.

"I don't know, I guess I'm just scared and nervous?" I felt my heart beating like never.

"What are you so scared about?"

"I'm scared of not being a g-good mom?" My voice began to crack, I wanted to cry. Nowadays I get emotional, in a bad and good way about the baby.

"Don't overthink it, something you should know is that every mom makes mistakes because they've never been a mother before. You will be a great mom, Lilith." She smiled at me and quickly showed me how the babies looked like in the sonogram.

"Why are their two round balls?" I pointed at two round heads.

"I thought you knew you were having twins since it's visible that their are two heads in you?"

"I'm having twins?" I gasped in shock, she nodded.

"Yes, you are. I'm so sorry, that was very unprofessional of me." She shook her head with disappointment of herself.

"No no it's okay, but I have two babies inside me?!" I felt like I was going to pass out.

"Yes, isn't that amazing?" She smiled with her bright white teeth.

"Yes, do you know the genders of both of them?" I asked her, she took a moment as she looked at the sonogram but then nodded.

"When can I know their gender?" I asked her, she looked at the sonogram and looked over at me again.

"Right now, are you going to have a gender reveal or?"

"I'm gonna have a gender reveal."

"Well that's great, I'm gonna hand you an envelope with both of the genders inside once I finish." She said and continued checking if both babies were healthy.

"Thank you."

| A Few Minutes Later |

"Are both of the babies, okay?" Victoria asked me once I came out the room, I nodded and handed her the envelope.

"Yes, the babies are okay. Inside the envelope I'm giving you is the gender of both of the babies, I'm gonna have a gender reveal in a few week and I want you to Plan how the gender reveal is gonna be." I explained to her.
