Flashback----Five years ago, when Gray left

{Juvia's POV}

Gray-sama.... he left. He left just like Natsu. What now? I can't be like this. I must be strong.

I went to the school the next day, my eyes all puffy and red. I haven't got enough sleep yesterday. It was all because of Gray—oh shut it, Juvia!

"Juvia..." I turned around only to see Lucy with deep, sad eyes. She must be really sad about yesterday. But she knows I was the saddest ones.

"We're here for you." Erza and Levy smiled from behind. At least they never left me. The boys though. Where are they? They're supposed to be meeting us right at this moment.

"Where are the boys? They're late." Erza tapped her shoes impatiently on the ground.

"You took the words out of my mouth, Erza." I sighed. "But maybe they will come. They will never leave us." I reassured. I mean, if Gajeel and Jellal left.... it'll be Erza and Levy this time.

"Yeah. I'm sure of it." Lucy agreed along, though she seemed a bit tense.

"Mhm. Let's have tea." Erza smiled, the impatience now gone in her face. "My treat." We cheered because we won't have to spend money.

We chatted with each other, for I don't know how long, until Levy stood up. "Guys. I can't take it anymore. Where are they? The first period is about to start. I'm sure they're not the type of guys who'd like to skip classes." She frustratedly put her hands in her face, sighing.

Erza kept quiet though. She was putting on a poker face, although I know that she was so worried, especially about her bestfriend in this group, Jellal.

"Maybe the two got sick today. Or maybe they went to somewhere else with their parents...?" Lucy tried to lighten up, but then gave up when she received no response. She sighed deeply, sympathy plastered on her face. "Look, I know they're not like Gray and Natsu who left us."

Even though the situation is getting hopeless, I decided to still make everyone happy. "Lucy is right. Jellal and Gajeel would never leave us like that. We've been together for two weeks, right? They did not leave us. Maybe they were just sick. Let's pay them a visit later, shall we?"

Levy and Erza stared at both of us. Finally, Erza spoke, "Alright." The red head and the bluenette smiled, at last.

After school, we went to Gajeel and Jellal's house.... only to find out they were also gone. Now the boys had left us. All of them. I smiled bitterly to myself.

"Girls. Promise me we will never leave each other. Please?" Levy asked with teary eyes. She fought the urge to not sob in front of us and show that she was strong. Unfortunately, her face showed that her heart was broken into little pieces.

"I promise." I said, a tear streaking down my face as I put out a hand. Lucy, Levy, and Erza did the same.

We continued living our normal life shortly after that. We recovered from the boys' loss. That is, until our normal life became the extraordinary.

"A singing contest? Asia's Got Talent? And a band could join?" I picked up the poster. "What do you say, guys? You wanna join as a band?"

"I'm in! You know I love singing, right?" Lucy giggled. "I could be the vocalist."

"Drummer please." Erza smiled.

"Pianist..." Levy shyly suggested.

"Then I'll be the guitarist. The contest auditions will be two weeks from now, so tomorrow we should practice already." I gave them the poster I saw.
