(A/N: I am aware what time the story of BatIM takes place but in order to make this story easier considering it is set in high school, I set it in the early 2000's so hope ya'll like it. Also, this story is based off of one I wrote for myself so I apologize if the character seems more personally made than normal, but I hope you guys can still leave it up to your imaginations. A horrible crash sounded as the boards that separated (Y/N) from the monstrous creature in front of her completely shattered, leaving an empty space between them as she scrambled backwards down the hallway, screaming as she went, while the dripping black figure stumbled heavily forward. He stretched out a clawed, misshapen hand, and (Y/N) trembled when she felt her back hit the wall behind her.
"P-please... don't hurt me..." she stammered as the creature towered over her, his hand pausing in the air, and she closed her eyes, waiting for the final blow.
