Loren and Pia were not speaking to one another after their earlier argument. Loren thus handed Pia a gift at the session, more of a "peace offering."
After the session ended, Loren returned to her office.
Before she heard a knock, Loren's concentration was absorbed in the papers she was reading.
"Please come in." Loren shouted
It was Pia.
"I'm surprised you're here, Senator." Loren said
Pia finds it unusual, awkward, and annoying when Loren treats her in an overly formal manner.
"Anong Senator? Akala mo madadaan mo ako sa pa bamboo utensils mo kanina? No way Regina, no way."
"Oh, relax ka lang Dear. Baka tumaas blood pressure mo, nagiging palengkera ka nanaman. Wala pa naman akong dalang blue ternate."
"Regina, don't even begin. I hate you."
Loren listened in silence while Pia babbled about her.
"Tapos ka na ba magsalita?"
"Yes, and I hate you. Bruha ka talaga."
After standing up, Loren gave Pia a bear embrace and a tender kiss on the lips.
"I'm sorry for eating your leftover lettuce salad, I'll make one for you nalang. Marami akong tanim sa farm."
The palengkera's cheeks turned red.
"Sus, yan lang naman gusto mo eh, magpasuyo. Look at your cheeks, you look like a tomato. Para kang si, sino ba yun? Ah si Sassa Girl!"
"Huwag ka matulog sa kwarto ah, sa terrace ka matulog wala akong pake kung umambon."
"Joke lang, ang ganda mo kaya! So ano bati na tayo?"
"Sige na nga, pero pwede pakiss ulit? Pia asked Loren
"Sure, my palengkerang gf."
"Thank you, my bungangerang gf."
Once more Loren kissed Pia passionately on the lips, but this time it was deep.
When Nancy entered Loren's office to bring her some food, she was startled to see the two senators doing that.
"Hoy ano ba yan nag lalandian, minsan paki-lock naman yung pinto oh. Mga bruhang bading na 'to."
Nancy's response made Loren and Pia chuckle together.
"Kumatok ka kasi bruha ka!" Loren said to Nancy
"Bahala kayo diyan, bye!"
After locking the door, Loren returned to embrace Pia.
"So ano bruha, bati na tayo?" she said while looking at Pia's eyes.
Pia's heart melts whenever she sees Loren's eyes.
"Oo na bading. Halika na let's eat na. Thank you for the utensils, and I love you"
"Hay nako dear, I love you too."
