I decided to wait a few days to head back to the GCPD to visit Edward. I was walking home from school one day when I saw a girl jumping from rooftop to rooftop. That's quite some agility she has.

I decided to follow her. She then came down a ladder onto the sidewalk where I was. "You're quite amazing with your mode of transportation," I decided to speak to her. "Uh, thank you?" She was a little confused. "Sorry, I was just walking by and saw you jumping pretty far in between gaps, I'm Rebecca by the way," the name seemed to ring a bell for her. "Are you Bruce Wayne's sister?" She asked me.

I nodded yes. "I heard he had a sister, but he never officially told me, then again, he never tells me much anyway. The boy has so many secrets," she said. "Tell me about it, it's worse just living with him," I responded. She smiled at my response. "I'm Selina Kyle," she said. "Nice to meet you Selina, also I feel like I've seen you in the manor before, Bruce kept telling me to hide in my room whenever he had a friend over, I didn't know it was you," I then realized. "Bruce really told you to do that?" She grew curious. "Yeah, he doesn't really like me meddling in his life much, we're literally siblings," I complained.

"You're cool, we should hang sometime," Selina told me. "Thanks, we totally should," I said and then we parted ways. But walking past a building that had a store inside, I saw something very intriguing in the window. I headed inside and decided to buy something for Edward. I needed to go back to the manor first to drop off my backpack and also to tell Alfred where I was going. He seemed a little confused as to why I was going back to the GCPD, but understood when I said I had a gift for Edward. He told me to be careful and to call him if anything goes wrong.

When I walked in the police department, it didn't seem as busy as it was when I was first here. Probably because a crime didn't happen this time. Jim Gordon noticed me and came up to me with a smile. "Hello there Rebecca, glad to see you're doing well, what can I help you with?" He said to me. "I was wondering if I could see Edward Nygma?" I told him. "Sure, he's in the forensics lab," he stated. "Tell him I said hi," Harvey stated sarcastically and chuckled. As I headed to the lab, I kept feeling bad for Edward because I didn't like what Harvey said back there.

He really needs to be treated with more respect. I knocked on the door, but then opened it when I heard things falling. "Mr. Nygma?" I called. I must've scared him because he was scrambling all around as if he were hiding something. "Yes, yes what is it?" He didn't realize it was me. "Oh, I'm really sorry Rebecca," he felt bad. "No, I'm sorry, I didn't know you were busy, I can come back another time," I started my way back out the door, but Edward ran to catch me. "No, no, you're good, I didn't know you were visiting today," he stated. "Well I brought something for you." I held up the bag I was holding.

"What's in it?" he wanted to know. "To find out what's in the bag, answer this riddle, what has words but never speaks?" I smirked at my own riddle. "It's a book," he responded immediately. Wow, he's a natural. "Open it," I urged as I handed it to him. He opened it and took out the book. He then had a huge smile on his face as if he were kid on Christmas morning. "It's a riddle book, this is amazing!" He gushed at the gift. "You're welcome Mr. Nygma," I couldn't help but laugh at his happiness.

His whole demeanor suddenly changed. "Why are you being so kind to me?" He asked. "Because you seem like a very sweet and passionate guy, all the other cops in this place need to know that," I answered honestly. He looked like he wanted to cry. "There's something I need to tell you," he was looking around to make sure no one else was there. "What is it?" He was raising my curiosity. "I know most people aren't exactly huge fans of me because I often ask riddles to get to the point. What I don't like to admit is that they're right, I tend to be annoying and a little nosy in certain things," he frowned at his own words.

"You can't help being yourself," I responded. "Precisely, I just wish everyone else here knew that, along with Kristin Kringle," he regretted that last part he said. "Who's Kristin Kringle?" I asked him. "She's...Uhh..." he trailed off. "Yes?" I asked. "It is none of your concern, now I'm sorry, but I have a lot of work to do, thank you for the riddle book." he was urging me out the door. That was very strange of him. "How was Nygma? Weird as always?" Some random cop asked me. "He's not weird," I flat out told him and left the precinct.

Edward heard what the cop said, yet he continued his work on the now dead Kristin Kringle, who he killed on accident.
