I haven't felt much panic as I have right now, swimming with crazy speed toward the cave. My heart beat loudly in my ears as I tried to process what I just saw. It was Alison but it wasn't, it was a ruthless hunter who took pleasure in killing.

I know Erica, Boyd, and Alison weren't close but that wasn't an excuse to act that way, something else must have happened.

The blue water became clearer as I slowed down, and the familiar cave came into my view. I approached the opening swam through and pushed myself up to the surface.

I broke through the water taking a desperate breath, my eyes locked on the two other girls already waiting there. What scared me was the frightened look on their faces.

" I thought I was the only one with terrible news, but by the look of your faces..." I slowly spoke resting my hands upon the edge of the mini cave pool.

Isabelle scoffed, turning her head towards Matilda who kept a tight poker face.

"Well, I'll go first then, Alison has turned into a cold-blooded huntress and kidnapped Erica and Boyd." I rapidly spoke not taking a breath. I saw the girl's faces slowly fall, as they processed the information.

"What about you two? Did something happen at the game?" I asked tired of their silence and desperate for an answer.

"There was an attack at the game," Matilda said ominously. My mind suddenly flashed with pictures of the cocky blue-eyed werewolf as worried flooded my body. Ew, come on mind why do you always have to do me so dirty?

"Jackson, he attacked himself in the middle of the pitch, and Stiles got kidnapped. We are about 99% sure Jackson is dead," Matilda carried on her head falling a defeated look on her face.

"He's dead?" I asked in disbelief, I mean I never liked the guy but still feel empathy for him, death is a cruel thing in this world.

" No, that's what makes it worse." Isabelle then spoke up, my head snapped to her a confused look on my face. Wait, Jackson is dead but he's actually not, and that's a bad thing?

Sensing my confusion, Isabelle carried on her explanation.

"I've been reading up on my kanima knowledge since we moved here, for obvious reasons. Basically, if the kanima dies he awakes stronger than ever, completely transformed," she stated with a deadly look on her face.

"So he's evolving like a Pokemon?" I asked completely dumbfounded, the idea was ludicrous.

"Yep," Isabelle bluntly replied.

"We need to warn the werewolves, maybe even help them out," I spoke with distress, I saw Isabelle nod her head agreeing with my words.

"No."

My head snapped towards the blonde, whose face held barely any emotion, her eyes pierced into mine, her blue eyes cutting into my soul. I had never seen her look this scared.

"No? They could die, Matilda and that would be on our hands" I replied a hint of anger within my voice. I don't know why I cared so much about the werewolves, we weren't at all close but one of the wolves seemed to have changed my opinion on their safety, which angered me.

"No. we can't risk getting involved and getting hurt, we are safe here; hidden. We owe the werewolves nothing " Matilda hushed, her voice was no longer sharp but instead uncertain.
