Maybe then they wouldn't have stopped there, but maybe it actually for the best.

The sun poured in through the giant window lighting the wooden loft, in what should be a calm and comforting setting.
But such a feeling was being ruined by the anxious brunette pacing back and forth over and over again.
"You know, I'm starting not to like this idea. Sounds kinda dangerous..." the boy warned the two unbothered people sitting calmly.
"You'll be fine," Derek replied dryly, ignoring the nervous look on the boy's face.
"Does it have to be him?" Isaac asked again more frantically.
"He knows how to do it, I don't. It'd be more dangerous if I tried doing it myself." Derek firmly states.
A small chuckle echoes through the room breaking the tense silence. Eyes flickered to the dark-haired girl standing in the corner of the room, whose presence had gone unnoticed till now.
"Now I thought that the big bad hale alpha could do anything? Guess not." The girl said condescendingly, eyeing the frowning werewolf.
The smirk on her face only grew as the alpha scowled at her sarcastic remark.
"Once again I still don't understand why you're here, you are just as useless," stated Derek a fake smile plastered on his face. The miniature staring contest was broken by the other werewolf in the room.
"You know Scott doesn't trust him, right?" Isaac quizzed unsure. After seeing the blank look on the alpha's face the young beta started to ramble.
"Yeah... "Isaac answered hesitantly, which only made my smirk grow even more.
"I still don't like him." the boy finally concludes.
It was true the situation wasn't ideal,l in fact I was completely against the idea which is why I came. But we had to figure out where Erica and Boyd were and this seemed to be the only way.
"Nobody likes him." the alpha bluntly states.
The door to the loft slid open as the other hale entered the loft in a dramatic fashion which made me roll my eyes.
What is it with werewolves and dramatic entrances?
"Boys... FYI? Yes, coming back from the dead has left my abilities slightly impaired... but, the hearing still works." he spoke with an arrogant tone as he sauntered closer to the trio. Peter Hale the most unlikeable werewolf in all of Beacon Hills
