Twenty-Eight

"Ugh. Finally." I grab the bag and the coffee from Tyler as he enters my bridal suite. "I'm starving." I notice him give Lindsey a look but I ignore it and open the bag that contains a blueberry muffin from my favorite bakery. Before I could take a bite, I smell it, but it smells weird.

"What's the matter princess?"

"Is this fresh?" I toss it back into the bag and hand it to him.

He throws a look at Lindsey and back at me, "of course it is. You know they make them fresh every morning."

I groan, "I don't know. Maybe I'm just too nervous because I'm getting married today. I'm sorry if I'm being difficult."

"You're not." He kneels in front of me, watching me, "are you feeling okay?"

I shrugged, "I don't know. I feel a little nauseous."

"Cold feet?"

"No! I love Sebastian and I can't wait to marry him Tyler." I let out a long sigh, my stomach filled with butterflies. "I'm just nervous."

"Okay." He leaps to his feet, pulling Lindsey out of the room before coming back by himself.

"Where did Lindsey go?"

"She's just going to check stuff out. Making sure things are set up and that Sebastian and Greg has made it."

I nod, with another sigh. Sebastian had asked Greg to be his best man and I was beyond happy that they had gotten so close over the last year since he proposed. I glance back up at Tyler, "thanks for being my man of honor."

He laughs, "of course. I'm happy to do it. Even though I know it annoys Lindsey a little that I'll be walking with Greg and not her."

He winks at me, making me laugh before I stand up. "Okay. Time to get dressed. Turn around."

He sighs and watches me. "I've seen you in your underwear Anna, it isn't a big deal. Besides, wait for Lindsey. She'll be back in a few minutes."

"Fine." I inspect my makeup and hair as Lindsey comes back with a small bag in her hand, "what's that?"

She looks at Tyler and he takes the bag from her. "We love you, but you've been super bitchy the last week or so. And now things you normally love make you sick." He pulls a pregnancy test from the bag before handing it to me. "Humor me."

I shake my head, glancing at the box, "I'm not. I can't be."

"Why can't you? I know Sebastian wants kids."

I nod, my heart beating erratically as I go into the bathroom. I come back a few minutes later with the test in my hand, "okay." We hover around the test, watching the little hourglass blink on the screen. Finally the answer pops up and I'm frozen in place before running to the bathroom to empty my already empty stomach into the toilet. I hear Tyler and Lindsey enter the bathroom behind me and Tyler rubs my back. "I can't believe I'm pregnant!"

"It's okay princess. Are you upset?"

I stand up and brush my teeth while they continue to watch me when we hear a knock on the door. I let in Greg, wrapping my arms around him as soon as he enters the room. "Greg."

"What's the matter little one? Not cold feet..."

I sigh and shake my head, "of course not. I'm pregnant Greg."

He grins, "really? Sebastian is going to be so excited when you tell him."

"Really?"

He laughs, "of course he will. He's been talking all morning about wanting to see if you were okay with getting pregnant right away."

"Really?" I repeat the question and suddenly feel much lighter as he nods.

"Yes. Now get dressed and let's do this."

I laugh, "thank you big brother."

I pull on Sebastian's arm while we sit to eat at the reception, "I need to tell you something." Before I can say anything though, the DJ announces our first dance. I follow him out to the dance floor, "what song did you choose?" He grins, pulling my body flush to his as the song starts, Can't See Straight by Jamie Lawson.

"I love you Anna. I wanted to talk to you about something too. Can I go first?"

I reluctantly nod as he continues to watch me as we turn slowly around the dance floor. "Okay."

He takes a deep breath, letting it out slowly. "I know that you've only been out of school for a year and just getting into your job, and I'm so proud of you and I love you so much. I want to talk about what's next though. I want to have kids before I'm too old. And.."

"Sebastian, I'm pregnant."

He stops moving as the music continues and he just stares at me as a grin grows on his face, "really? You're not playing with me?"

"I wouldn't do that. I'm pregnant. I took a test this morning. Are you happy?"

He laughs before crushing his mouth to mine. When he pulls away from me, he puts his hand up and the room goes silent. "We're having a baby!"

I sigh, relieved as he turns back to me, "you're happy then?"

"Beyond happy. You thought I wouldn't be?"

I blushed, "I don't know. We never really discussed kids."

He laughed, "that's because I didn't want to scare you about bringing it up too soon. But I'm so happy Anna. I can't wait to have kids with you."

I nod, "me too Sebastian."
