2 Months Later...

"I see y'all understand the complex art of playing Chess." Anthony spoke in the silent room.
You'd think no one was in here but it's roughly 15 set of eyes on this one, apparently highly anticipated game.
They've been tryna get us to sit against each other since they found out I play too but I knew Anthony had much more practice, much trickier opponents.
And more on the line when they use to play.
"You ain't scaring me." He showed his gold teeth as he smiled.
"Look this way, that shit is infamous." Ryan boasted. "Two of the families top fuckin' bosses, this shits legendary!"
We simply adjusted for the photo for a moment and then went back to our game.
I know we sat here for hours; niggas, meals, product, money, shit everything just rotating around us while we mind deep in this game.
Neither of us gonna accept losing so we'll be planning out our moves all night.
And although, I swear this would be the best person to lose against... I've never been beat, can't start accepting that shit from an old man, I laughed to myself as I waved off the thoughts.
"I know what'll end this game... Princess here." Ethan showed us Aaliyah and Adelynn coming down the hallway on surveillance.
We both smirked.
"We'll have to finish this some other time. I need to see my baby." We simultaneous spoke, making everyone look at us.
"Y'all just the same nigga in different bodies." They laughed.
We headed out after leaving a few instructions.
"You talked to her?" He quietly questioned.
"Not really. She's mean as hell." I admitted.
He laughed. "You can take it... You still got that mission tonight?" He questioned.
"Yes sir, one of my final targets."
"Be extremely careful with that damn Persetto. He is a tricky fella... You are his mothafuckin' boogeyman, though. Make sure you tell 'em Anthony said fuck him and his granddaddy." This old ass pimp laid those words on me so smooth but they were still heavy.
I'm constantly being put in a position to show my power.
After this, you'll die as soon as you're presumed to be a threat. I already got word floating around.
"Ace, Klutz looking for you, bro." Miller dapped me as we crossed paths.
"Aight, I'll find em."
I continued walking, hearing Adelynn before I could see her.
We met them in the hallway and she took off running towards us, heading straight for me and screaming.
She stumbled over herself and fell before she could reach us.
"I'm okay!" She held her thumb up but I could tell she hurt her knees.
"Hey, baby." I smiled as I got her up.
I rubbed them for her while she held onto me.
"I'm sorry you fell down. Are you okay?" I asked.
"I'm better, daddy." She smiled.
"I gotta get going, can you drop her off around 7?" Aaliyah asked me.
"Sure." I nodded.
She got gone and we handled business on this side for the day.
