Changing?

Now lie down" he said helping her lie but suddenly something struck in Sana's mind that she again got up immediately.

"What happened?" Sid asked with a confused face.

"your back" she said while he sighed

"I am okay"

"No you are not,show me" saying so she pulled his blanket "turn around she ordered but he didn't even bulge making her sigh

"If you will not turn around then I will....I will.....yes I will jump from bed and hurt my ankle more"

Sid rolled his eyes at her "stop with your childish talks and sleep"

Sana squinted her eyes at him "your wish" saying so she was about to get up on bed Sid stopped her "okay fine... I am turning"
He turned while Sana gasped "oh God it's burnt...." She said touching his back which sent electrifying sensation in his body

"It's all because of me" Sana said sobbing which made him turned instantly
"Hey don't cry...I am fine"

Sana scrunched her nose "no you are not.... It's burnt it must be hurting"

"No it's not, now you sleep"

"No....you are lying it must be stinging there....please let me apply ointment there"

"Yes....Sid please let her apply ointment" Saniket uncle interuppted and gave Sana a tube "apply this"

"No, I am fine"

Sana purse her lips " if you will not allow me then I will cry because its all because of me you get burnt while helping me" saying so she burst in tears.

Sid immediately cupped her face "please don't cry....please stop" he said while wiping her tears "you can apply the ointment"

He turned around while Sana took the tube and started applying around the burnt area with so much of care while Sid closed his eyes because her touch was so soothing yet it was creating havoc inside his body. Sana started blowing to sothe his pain which made him took sharp breaths as her warm breath made him break into goosebumps.

"I am so happy today that Sid is allowing someone to heal his wounds else he would never let anyone touch him" Saniket uncle said admiring them. But his words did something to Sid.

He opened his eyes with a shocked expression and reality stuck him.
He immediately got up

"Hey what happened? Why did you stand up I am still applying it" Sana said but Sid didn't pay and moved out of door.

"Sid? What's wrong? Where are you going?" Sana yelled but they heard banging of main door indicating that he has left.

Sana looked at Saniket uncle "what happen to him? Why did he left so abruptly?"

"I think he must have left gyser onn at his home" Shanaya said making Sana and Saniket uncle glare at her which made her pout.

"Even I don't beta what wrong with him like he was just so sweet with you a minute ago. He is so confusing sometime. He never show any emotions but today I was shocked the way he helped. I mean yes he is a nice man and always help others but today there was concern for you in his eyes, your tears were making him restless and he even allowed you to treat his wounds. So, I think all these were too overwhelming for him and he just need some time alone" he said and came near Sana "beta be with him, he really need someone like you. He is too alone and lives a boring life. Home, college, his office and my field, his life revolves around these four places. He never allows anyone to come near him but today even though unintentionally he allowed you to do so which means you are something to him. He cares for you" he says placing his hand on her head.

Sana smiled at him

"So I am the first one he allowed to come closer to him but wait what does uncle mean by he is alone"

"Uncle where are his parents? Don't they live with him?"

"He is an orphan beta. He has no one to call his own but he never talks about it. I think he has some bad past which he still has to overcome. I have always prayed to God to send someone in his life to show him the beauty of life and help him to overcome his fears and  I think my prayers are heard"

His words made Sana's heart flutter

"Oh.... I think he must have suffered in his childhood days which made him bitter" Shanaya said lost in her thoughts which made Sana sad

"Did my Sid really suffered so much? Did something really bad happened in his past? He is an orphan which means he must have struggled too much in his life even now he works along with studies. He is really hardworking but why does he always keep everyone away from him? Is he hiding something? Or is afraid to get attached to someone? Whatever the reason is I will help him overcome all his fears. I will heal him. I will make him break the boundaries which he has made around his heart.

On the other hand

He reached his home and directly went to his room where he has placed a punching bag and started punching it his Great force.

Sid's pov

What the hell was wrong with me? What was I thinking when I was helping her? Why I was not able to see her in pain? Why was I so worried for her? Why her tears were piercing my heart and above all how did I let her touch my wound and apply ointment there?

These all questions were revovling around my mind while I was punching furiously at the punching bag. All the scene from field to her home was revovling around my eyes which made me more furious.

How could I do that? How.????

I have never done this before, never in 23 years of his life. I have never felt any emotion for anyone than why this girl.
Why I fall weak around her? Why?
What is she doing with me?

I gave a final blow at the puching bag and fall down as I was really exhausted and these thoughts were exhausting me more.

Get a hold on your emotions Sid. I can't fall weak, I can't allow anyone to come near me. I can't get attached to anybody. I can't forget who am I?

I have to live my life alone. I  can't expect anything from others.
I don't deserve anyone's friendship, care or love.

I have to stay from her, she is not good for my system.

Both have completely different intentions. What do you think who will win?
