who Is he?

Sid's pov

After cursing myself the whole night I got ready and went to the field. Today I was feeling very low and restless so I decided to play flute to get some peace of mind. I took out my flute and started playing it but as soon as I closed my eyes Shehnaaz face flashed in front of my eyes, all I could think about was her. I tried hard to shoo away her thoughts but failed miserably so I opened my eyes and stopped playing the flute and started working on filed when Saniket uncle came

"Sid you came so early today. Is your back fine now?" He said wearing his usual smile.

"Yes uncle I am completely fine"

"Sid, I am happy that you are allowing people to come closer to you. Shehnaaz is really nice girl and I think you should make her your friend" he said while I clenched my jaws

"Uncle, Can we start the work today I need to go college early" I said ignoring his words which was rude but I can't help.
Uncle looked at me curiously for a second and then nodded.

We were working on the field when I felt sudden peace which I feel in presence of her, I looked up to find her standing near the tree as usual lost in her thoughts. I badly wanted to go to her and ask about her pain but chose against it. 'I can't fall weak'

I tried to engross myself in my work when I heard her melodious voice calling my name

"What are you doing here?" I asked her rudely without looking at her

"I was feeling good now so I came here to thankyou" she said and sat beside him "thankyou so much Sid for taking care of me yesterday" she said sitting beside me.

"Even if someone else would have been in your place I would have done the same so no said to say thankyou just remember your promise" I said reminding her of the promise to stay away from me. She looked a little shocked but still she smiled and said "Yes I know you are very kind hearted person so can we become friends"

Yes offcourse I want to be her friend, I want to stay near her as her presence give me peace

"No" I said clenching my jaws and then looked towards her "just because I was polite with you yesterday doesn't mean that we can become friends I still can't bear your presence so just stay away from me" I managed to say this words with great difficulty and I can see her eyes getting damp which made my heart clench. I can't see tears in her eyes but it's for her betterment she needs to stay from the person like me. I immediately got and left.

Sana on the other hand was hurt by his behaviour her eyes watered on her own

"What's wrong with him? Does he have bipolar disorder. He was so sweet yesterday and now again he is back to his rude mode" Sana thought
Her trance was broken my Saniket uncle voice "Sana? Are you crying? And where is Sid?" He asked

Sana immediately wiped her tears " nothing uncle there was something in my eyes and Sid left. I think I should leave too I am not feeling good" she said looking down

"Wait Shehnaaz... What happened? You looked so fine and happy before meeting Sid. Did he said something to you?" He asked her

"No uncle I am just not feeling good I think I need some rest" she said and started moving

"I know Sid can be confusing sometime, he cares for others but then he pretends like he doesn't care. He doesn't like to show his care and concern to others maybe he is afraid, don't give up on him my child" Sana heard and signed

"Uncle is right I can't give up upon him. His habit to stay away from everyone is from a long I can't expect him to change within a single day"
Thinking this she turned back but uncle was not so she too decided to go back home.

As soon as she reached her home Shanaya was standing there with creepy smile on her face

" So?" she asked

Sana shrugged and replied "so?"

"How was your early morning date?" Shanaya asked

Sana rolled her eyes at her over dramatic bestie "I wasn't on date"

"Really don't lie so why did you went to field early morning even after your foot is sprained"

"I just went there to thank Sid and Saniket Uncle"

"Oh really! Did your Sid again took you in his arms and caressed your foot" Shanaya asked which made Sana pout

"Today he was back to his arrogant mode" she said drinking the water

"What? But why? He was so kind with you yesterday"

"I have no idea about this but I will soon find it out"

Shanaya made a thinking face and suddenly her eyes widen "Sanu I think I know the reason of his behaviour" she said in a serious tone which made Sana look at her.

"Really? And what is that?" Sana said asked with curiousity

Shanaya made her sit and kneeled in front of her "listen to me very carefully and try not to panic okay"

Sana nodded "Shanaya tell me fast you are making me anxious"

" Sanu I think he is hiding a secret which he doesn't want anyone to know that's why he stays away from everyone so that no one can know about his secret"

Sana made a thinking hearing Shanaya and then looked at Shanaya "I think you are right Shanaya but what kind of secret he must be hiding?"

"I think he is wareworlf or a vampire or maybe a underground mafia or he can even be a secret agent" Shanaya said

"Oh God this can be true but then why did he helped me yesterday" Sana said being petrified

"Because you are innocent and bad boys like innocent girls so maybe you are his next hunt or if he is a wolf or vampire then maybe you are his mate and he is disappointed by the fact that you are human" Shanaya said
"I think he really is a wolf or vampire that's why he manages to hypnotize me everytime"

"Shit Sanu then he will soon take you to his world and will make you like and then you will crave for blood"

Sana bite her lips as some scenerios started to play in front of her eyes

"Where are you taking me?" Sana asked Sid being baffled as they were flying in air.

"I am taking you to my world my love" he said holding her tightly and showed his fangs which made Sana scare.

"You have fangs...will you bite me?"

"No sweetheart don't be scared you will soon have a fang too as I will turn you too a vampire too"

"Noo nooo nooo I don't want to be a vampire" Sana shrieked loudly

"But maybe Sana that's your destiny. Maybe Sid is cursed and you are sent in this world to heal him" Sana said with a serious tone which made Sana to think again. She thinks of Saniket uncle words

"Maybe you are right.... I am sent on this earth to cure Sid and I will definitely help him" Sana said being determined and Shanaya patted her back.
"I am proud of you?" But first we need to catch him red handed" said Shanaya which made Sana frown

"What do you mean?"

"Uff Sana Sid has really made you mad, you can't even simple things" she said making Sana pout but before she could say anything Shanaya interrupted her.

"I am saying that we need a prove that he is some other creature only then we can confront him"

"Yes you are right but how can we do that?"

They both started thinking about the idea to catch Sid when Sana chirped

"I have an idea"

"Really and what's that?" Shanaya asked

" We have to look for a mark in his body you know the specific sign these creatures have"

SHANAYA grinned at her "yes and I think I know how we can do that" she said with a glint of mischief in her eyes.

So is Shanaya right about Sid?
