Sana’s eyes then fall upon him and her face scrunched in confusion which made Sid heart fell.
“no not again please don’t let this true please God please” he prayed but all his prayed got evaporated as the next word skipped Sana’s mouth.
“who is he?” Sana said making Sid stop, a tear threaten to fall from his eye but he immediately turned around, he can’t take this again.
But before he could leave he heard Sana’s laughter he turned around and saw her laughing hysterically making Sid frown.
“Oh gosh, Sid I was kidding, I remember everything even the memory which I had lost post-accident is back now” Sana said in between her but then she looked at Sid whose eyes were and tears were fighting to roll down “shit… I shouldn’t have done this prank”
“Sid, I am sorry…. I” before Sana could complete her sentence Sid went out of the room making Sana frown.
“Sanu why have you done this?” Pammi ji said scolding her
“Sorry mamma I was just trying to tease her”
“but I was not the right time Sanu, he was so tensed. You know na that you are closest to him.” Pammi ji said making Sana feel sad
“okay don’t be sad now. I will talk to Sid, he is gonna be fine but now you need to take rest” Sukh ji said patting Sana’s head. Soon Shanaya came rushing inside.
“Sanu” she said and hugged her
“thank God you are fine” She said
“and she regained her memory too” Pammi ji added
“really?” Shanaya asked while Sana nodded making her squeal in happiness but then she frowned “wait, if you regained your memory then why that hulk is sulking” Shanaya said “earlier when I gave him the news of your consciousness he ran towards your room with the lightning speed” she added.
Sana now felt guilty “I pranked with him” Sana said softly making Shanaya.
Sana sighed and explained her everything making Shanaya sigh.
“this time you screwed it Sanu, you pressed his wrong buttons”
“I know I am sorry for that”
‘aww sweetie don’t worry you know he can’t stay angry from you for long” Shanaya said.
The doctor came inside and asked them to leave as he needed to examine her.
Sukh ji saw Sid standing at the corner he went towards him and placed his hands on his shoulder, Sid immediately wiped his tears and turned back
“why are you standing here?” he asked
“nothing I was just…” he trailed off.
“I know Sid you care for Sanu and she shouldn’t have done that prank but I wasn’t intentional and she is feeling guilty now, I think you should meet her”
“I know uncle I just couldn’t bear that at that moment so I rushed out. I will surely see her once doctor allow” Sid said while Sukh ji nodded.
Sid took a deep breath before turning the knob of the hospital room, he went inside and saw Sana sitting in a half lying position. As soon as she saw Sid she tried to get but Sid was fast enough to stop her.
She looked towards with glossy eyes “ I am sor..’’ before she could complete the sentence she was taken in a bone crashing hug.
“I was so scared Shehnaaz, so scared to lose you again, I have no one except you.” He said choking and Sana was again drowned in guilt “I am sorry Sid for hurting you” she said rubbing his back.
Sid broke the hug and cupped her face “ don’t be sorry baby, I wasn’t intentional and I am not hurt in fact I am happy that your memory is back and we all don’t have to act more” Sid said making Sana giggle.
“why are laughing?” Sid asked caressing her hairs
“how funny is it, even after losing my memory I still fell for you” Sana said
“well I am charmer” Sid said with a smug face receiving a punch from Sana.
“Arrogant much. Aren’t we?” Sana said and they both laughed.
Sid looked at Sana intensely “ I missed you. You have no idea how scared I was when you didn’t recognize I thought I lost you. Many what ifs were revolving in my head ‘what if you never remember me’ what if you fall for someone else?’
“it would have never happened because our hearts are connected” Sana said cupping his face and kissed his forehead.
Sid too smiled and moved a little closer making Sana close her eyes before he could kiss her Shanaya barged in.
“sorry to disturb you love birds but I have to make an important announcement. Doctor has discharged Sana as she is perfectly fine but had prescribed some medicine. So, I have sent Sukh uncle and Pammi ji to home and said we will bring Sana home, so you take this prescription and have some words with doctor till then I will help Sanu to get ready” Shanaya blabbered.
Sid rolled his eyes and got up not before giving Sana a longing look and glare to Shanaya making Sana giggle.
“why does your man always keep sulking” Shanaya said pouting making Sana laugh.
“maybe you always spoils his mood with your wrong timing”
“wrong timing? What do mean by wrong timing?... wait were you two were doing your ‘ko chi ko’ here?” she asked while Sana just shrugged.
“who does it in hospital room?” Shanaya said with a unbelievable look.
“we do and it’s kinda romantic… which you single people won’t understand” Sana said and then stopped and gave a look to Shanaya “what about Kartik?” Sana asked giving a curious look to Shanaya who blushed hearing Kartik name.
“I don’t know we haven’t met for long, but we talk and face time every day. He had confessed he likes me” as soon as these words escaped Shanaya’s lips the whole hospital was shaken by a shrill loud scream.
Sid barged inside the room and ran towards Sana “Shehnaaz are you okay?”
“yes… yes I am more than fine” Sana said grinning at Sid making Sid frown.
“then why did you screamed?” he asked.
“ohh… that… you know… Kartik confessed that he likes Shanaya” Sana said with gleaming eyes.
Sid gave Sana a look “So?” he said shrugging.
“what do you mean by ‘so’? come on man I have given you a news atleast show some reaction” Sana said making Sid roll his eyes he then looked towards Shanaya who seemed to be lost in day-dreaming.
“you screamed like a banshee because of this information”
“offcourse isn’t it a breaking news? Sid, now hurry up we need to do a lot of shopping?” Sana said trying to get up.
“Shopping? For what?”
“stupid for Shanaya’s wedding” Sana said excitedly while Sid took a deep breath to calm himself.
“I am out of this” he said and left the two crazy friends with each other.
