Ships; Do I Ship Them?

hihi yall wow look at me updating so much, I think I just need to vent these feelings to some kind of outlet bc I have no irl fandom friends

anyway, this is called the throwback episode bc I recently saw something that made me kinda-sorta get into supernatural again. so yall are gonna see my thoughts on ships from a fandom that should be long dead by now, should have been dead back in 2014 imo.

ok so for the first few ships they're are taken directly from ao3's top relationship tags for the supernatural fandom tag. you'll see very soon why I am mentioning this and why it is so appalling

destiel: so first off one of the most famous ships in fandom culture, you are not in any fandoms if you haven't at least peripherally heard of destiel at this point. yes I ship this yes i was obsessed with it yes I do still follow the tumblr "is destiel canon yet" yes I was summoned back into the fandom like a dark blood ritual when the season finale dropped and destiel became half-canon, yes I did mald and riot at them doing not only destiel like that but also castiel despite not being a part of the fandom in years.

wincest: why. why does this have 32063 works and counting on ao3. I'd sooner shoot myself in the head than get into the mind of a wincest shipper. PLEASE keep a distance from me if you ship them I don't want to know how a psychopath's mind works thanks

sabriel: I love this, I just think Sam deserves nice things (also the joke ab the winchesters and their angels- im not funny but im free)

jessica/sam: ngl I had to look up who jessica was lollll mb, she was there for like a second I'm surprised she made it into the top ten spn ships on ao3. anyway it was cute! from what little we saw, but I just feel like sam met better people for him in the future? like nothing wrong with them but imo there's better sam ships. just a little boring

sastiel: the inherent eroticism of mr steal-yo-girl. but uh not rly, they pushed the destiel agenda too hard for me to care ab cas and sam tbh( and yes it's spelt cas bc cass looks ugly)

megstiel: I feel like if I were heterosexual I'd LOVE this ship, however I'm not and I'd much rather Meg date ME not castiel but. yk. to each their own.

saileen: bro possibly my favorite het ship, they are SO GOOD BRO SO GOOD ugh and deaf rep on a mainstream show??????? I LOVE THEM GOD power couple dude POWER COUPLE I wanna see their wedding

crowstiel: no. i don't hate it or think it's bad I just don't have anything else to say lol. maybe I should just choose ships to review that I actually have smth to say ab

denny: surprisingly no, I thought I shipped a lot more people in supernatural but it turns out I ship way less than I thought. huh.

crowley/dean: their ships names look ugly so I just put a slash between their names instead. i know they had their whole demon!dean shenanigans but im realizing I just don't care that much for crowley.

bradbaum: oh my god. i didn't know these two had a ship name. i remember watching that episode and being like "omg they're kinda cute actually. wish I saw more of them" I WANNA SEE MORE OF THEM GIVE ME THE LESBIANS but we all know spn hates gay people

dreamhunter: hello? what is this gucci ass name. stg the side characters get the best treatment. they need to have that one background couple that's an example of how a good relationship works so that the disaster main couples can take notes and compare and this is that background couple

and no I'm not doing rpf bc I know it can make the real people uncomfortable. im also not doing anymore bc that is soul draining. sorry if I forgot a few, I had to pull up the wiki bc it's been years since I was in the fandom and my memory was failing me. but yeah that's it bye
