omg hey yall long time no see!!! it's been a hectic year for me, graduated high school, changed jobs, started college. lots of changes going on in my life, but yall aren't here for that!!!!! yall actually aren't even here at all, im rambling to the void here.

i've been on a danganronpa binge lately, i got my own pc and started playing the danganronpa games on it recently and got back into my old hyperfixation. so I was rereading my danganronpa ships chapter and realized how fucking CRINGE I was like oh my god. and how lame and fake my opinions of the ships were. so ive decided to revisit danganronpa ships and give it the rundown it deserves.

Neagami: starting off strong, I do actually like this ship quite a bit but it's difficult to find fanart or content for it just out and about so I tend not to think about it much. but I just looooove their dynamic so much, idk what kodaka puts in the antag/protag relationship dynamics but im definitely getting high off it

Neagiri: this is like the biggest thh ship and honestly I don't care for it. like I don't dislike it but at the same time I'd never go out of my way to seek it out

Ishimondo: ive never actively shipped them but like cmon, they're hard not to love. they're like the actual romance in bromance it's adorable.

Celesgiri: not heavily invested but the idea of them is cute, kind of loosely reminds me of saiouma

Neazono: no, didn't have enough screen time to make me give a shit about them, sayaka in particular

Leon/Sayaka: why the hell did I even include this in the og, or more importantly, WHY DID I SAY I LIKED IT. i don't give a rats ass about this ship lmaooooo i was fr just lying back then wtf

Ikuzono: i like the idea of them but again, not given enough screen time to make me give a shit about them

Sakuraoi: i really do like them together but the ships I tend to ACTIVELY like have a very complex nature to the relationship and veer towards the more hmmmm slightly toxic if u catch my drift. so while this ship is nice it doesn't have enough spice for me. but that's just my personal opinion, objectively it's a great ship

Toko/Byakuya: no, feel like it should be obvious why not

Toko/Komaru: yes they're very cute but I didn't see a lot of them since ive never played UDG and neither have i seen a playthrough of it. but i do looove me some toxic yuri so like..... count me in

Komahina: tied in first place as my favorite dr ship it's just so fucking good. it has toxic yaoi, it has complex relationship, it has a canonical almost love confession. like what else do you need, truly? they're just so special to me and i miss them dearly.

Soniaki: i remember actually really liking this ship so I wasn't lying last time but my feelings on the ship have mellowed out since then, it really is a rarepair lol i like never see content for this ship, which is a shame since it's actually very cute

Sondam: dude yes like their dynamic is so powerful. a goth chunibyo with a soft spot for animals paired with a foreign princess with an obsession for the macabre?????? a match made in the Gundham Tanaka Empire!!!

Soudam: yeah..... they cute.... like I like soda's character more than i probably should but like he's ruined by the horrible gag w sonia like goddamn man give it rest. anyway idk when this became a soda analysis but i just think they'd be very entertaining together and The Four Dark Devas liking Soda is a headcanon of mine

Soda/Sonia: no, unless it's in a poly ship w gundam to balance them out, otherwise they'd just be a horrible couple together, Soda idolizing Sonia and putting her on too high of a pedestal and Sonia constantly berating Soda is just not a fun mixture

Hinanami: nah, i was lying to myself trying to get myself to like it but I don't see them together even in a poly ship w nagito

Komanami: nah same reason as hinanami, but i do love all three of their friendships with each other, nagito and chiaki's friendship is rarely explored but i love them so much they're so fun

Ibuki/Imposter: bro what idek where this ship came from. I think i started seeing it as a background ship in fics and didn't mind it so i was like "yep i ship it" I don't really im just neutral on it

Soapies: ive had this ship name explained to me before but every single time i forget it. still don't know why its named like that. but yeah they cute

Fuyupeko: their whole scene at the end of the second trial was heart wrenching and they deserve so much better

Kuzuhina: eh. do opinion. it's alright. Komahina has just take over all other hajime ships for me lol

Saiouma: YESSSSS this is my other tier for first place favorite ship, it's just...... protag/antag, toxic yaoi, complex relationship, silly goofy dynamic, angsty scenes together. ooohhhh it all cooks together to make a delicious ship I can't resist i love them so much and btw that line about the warmth of kokichi's hand????!!!?!!??!? LIKE HELLO THATS SOURCE MATERIAL. FROM THE FUCKING GAME. KODAKA WROTE THAT LINE HIMSELF LIKE WHAAAAAATTTTTT its one of the most romantic sweet things ive ever seen AND ITS A LINE FROM DANGANRONPA??????

Saimatsu: no, they are forever best friends in my mind. tho shuichi def had a crush on her in the beginning

Harukaito: yeah :3 ugh their dynamic is so..... like cold hearted assassin's heart is melted by local himbo who won't stop pestering her. in a good way

Irumatsu: yes but not as much

Amamatsu: they're cute but I don't really ship them, the fingernail painting scene was adorable tho

Tenmiko: ughhh yes, tho i burst out laughing when i read my og, i said i almost cried when tenko died lmaooooooo lying through my teeth there bc I didn't give a shit lmaooo

Amamguji: not really but the thought of them dating and traveling the world together is a such a good visual like god

Oumota: no mot even a little bit, I actually kind of hate the ship like a lot, could not tell u why

Saimota: no, but like keade shuichi def had a little crush on him at some point

Kiiruma: yeah, the inventor/robot dynamic and perverted/innocent is too good to pass up
