This fanfic is all about our character Izuku has same powers, characteristic, and story like Mukuro Hoshimiya from date a live.
As Izuku continues his days on earth doing his simple quite life while doing his homework in his room until all of it are finished, when he was done the apathy of boredom always kicks in craving for emotion and Izuku knows it and forces himself not to undo the lock.
"As always it was boring." Izuku said as he looks outside on his window and try to thought about something until.
"Huh, why not go for bit." Izuku said as he stand up then snaps his as every curtains on his apartment are now shuts.
"Eloah" Izuku said as he now wears his 'Astral Dress'
"Seal-Removing Lord - Tefete" Izuku said as he summon his weapon that takes a form of a key in his palm "Lataib - Unlock" Izuku said as he opens a portal and went on it as he is now on the on the top of the Tokyo tower standing.
"So far nothing has changed for 2 years always a mess." Izuku said then flew in the air trying to enjoy the view.

Meanwhile beneath the surface some people saw him making them surprised, scared and wondered what is he going to do that made everyone almost alarm.
That made to every heroes, villains and some agent force from around the world alarm so they immediately go in the place on where he was, as Izuku was floating in the air trying to have fun on himself and wondered what to do next.

As Izuku wandering in the air he immediately felt all of the force, heroes and villains are on to him now until he felt a sniper that is now preparing his shot.
"Sniper ready?" An expert ask
"Ready..." the sniper response
"In 3... 2... 1..." The expert said
"What the.... he's looking me...!" The sniper said in a surprised
"Fumun" Izuku utters a sound then raises his hand pointing to the sniper and snaps his fingers create a small blue beam of light, moving closer and faster to the sniper then not a moment so soon the beam hits the snipers riffle successfully broken to pieces.
"Fumun" Izuku utters as everyone saw this made everyone shocked in fear and then not a moment so soon.
They started to attack Izuku they all appeared out of nowhere using everything they got their quirk and every weapon they have, but everything is no match on Izuku as easily evade or dodge and teleport himself from everywhere or pops out of nowhere and all he can say is nothing but an utter word 'Fumun'.
Izuku then teleported himself few meters above them as he summons his weapon.
"Come forth thy thee.... Seal-Removing Lord..." Izuku said as the sickle and gem appears on his hands
Izuku then immediately saw mecha robots coming towards him at full speed so he launched himself towards them, then jabs the head of his sickle and twist it like locking something.
"Segva - Lock" Izuku said as he successfully shut downs few of them and destroyed some of them in slash from the blade of his sickle and beams that he releases.
"Everyone be careful not get hit on his blade and orb." The hero said
"Izuku please you don't have to do this." All Might screams at him but Izuku pointed his sickle on him like a gun
"Alhazma - Beam" Izuku said as he unleashes a strong beam of light on him
All Might manage to evade it then out of blue Izuku suddenly appears in front of him preparing to jab his sickle on him, luckily he was being pulled by Lemillion on the wall making sure he's not being hit on that.
"What are doing trying to get yourself killed?" Lemillion ask as he scoffs o him
"Fumun" Izuku utters a sound and he immediately flew upwards from every attacks then suddenly a 3 airships that is armed in heavy blaster weapon appears aiming there gun on him.
Izuku then flew few meters away from it as then he keeps on firing beams of light to destroy some robot armies, the he notices the airships prepares to blast an attack on him but as Izuku is about to flee he noticed that the attack it wasn't for him but it was on the skyscraper behinn with full of people on it.
Then airships attack it's weapon as Izuku saw this he pointed the head on his sickle twists his hand like a locking gesture and says.
"Lataib - Unlock" Izuku said as he opens a portal to absorbs the aircrafts attacks then open 3 more portals above on the the airships, and directly blasted it beams on it successfully destroyed the airships as he obliterate them into pieces.
As every people saw this they were shaking in fear to think in one simple attack by opening portals, he manage to destroyed the 3 airship by using it's own attack making them shaking in fear.
"Fumun" Izuku make a sound "So you all are playing unfair... by putting the lives of some innocents in that tower just to make an advantage. Fumun, how evil you all are." Izuku said in a expressionless tone and as everyone hear this made them shocked on his statement
"Fy then if thou lay unfair, then I thee lay unfair by any mean death thou all." Izuku said as he made everyone shocked as Izuku throws his moonstone in the air above and says
"Alhazma - Beam" Izuku said as the moonstone shower a rain of pure beams of white lights falling to the sky.
Every people are now panicking as the beams of light pouring down they begun to feel a lost of hope on what to do next, and then all of a sudden an electric blue field begun to appear and covers the entire city as a voice spoke that says.
"Mikdash - Sanctuary" A female voice said as a magic circle appears as a barrier to protect the city.
As every people saw this they were also surprise to see a beautiful who has a blonde hair and deep pink color eyes. She wears a short black dress with a slit in her chest and stomach. She also has a black gloves and gold gauntlets on her legs. On her back, she has a pair of angelic wings alongside four large transparent wings. Additionally, she has a smaller pair of wings attached to her ears as extensions.
Everyone can see that she looks like a seraphim angel

"Who is she?" All Might ask
"You I know you." Izuku said
"Indeed long time no see as well 'Man in Moon' or formerly called as 'Ebalon' my dear friend Izuku Yagi." The girl said
"If I'm not wrong you are 'Sephira'." Izuku said
"Indeed come to me 'Thunder Sanctuary'." Sephira said as her wings begun to glow and grow bigger.
"Seal-Removing Lord" Izuku said as his weapon begun to glow
