"Indeed long time no see as well 'Man in Moon' or formerly called as 'Ebalon' my dear friend Izuku Yagi." The girl said

"If I'm not wrong you are 'Sephira'." Izuku said

"Indeed come to me 'Thunder Sanctuary'." Sephira said as her wings begun to glow and grow bigger.

"Seal-Removing Lord" Izuku said as his weapon begun to glow

As the two meet and summon their weapons they immediately dashes in the air as the they flying, while everyone can see every two different color beams of light blast or explode everywhere and they can tell they have no matched on them.

As Izuku release his whitish-blue beam by swinging his sickle or points his sickle like a gun and his moonstone that can blast it's beam through his command.

Then a mysterious girl appears that Izuku called her 'Sephira' who blasted golden light of beam and sphere from her winged-weapon by simply moving a simple gestures of commands through her hand movement.

As lots of people are watching some are completely shocked, some are totally surprised, some are just amazed and some are completely speechless when they saw the two of them battle in there potential.

Most heroes are totally can't do anything even some professional officials can't stand a chance on how to beat the two of them.

"Dear me look at the way they battle?" Eraserhead said as he was still surprised on what he saw.

"This is more than just a hero vs villain fight it's almost like a battle were we don't stand a chance." Midnight said

"It's almost like a fight between two gods in the sky." Endeavour said

"Not to mention who is she and where did she come from?" Present Mic said

As the two continues the battle Sephira teleported in few inches in the back of Izuku as she says.

"Mishpatim - Arrow of Judgement" Sephira said as second set of her wings begun to intact and forms into a bow that fires a golden light arrows that she fires at Izuku.

"Segva - Lock" Izuku said as he just jabs his sickle to the arrows one by one completely standing in the air as the arrows disappear with a monotone expression.

"To think we are able to see each again likewise." Sephira said

"Fumun... gee thanks..." Izuku said

"As always your a piece of blackwood..." Sephira said

Then Izuku dashes towards her pushing Sephira back at full strength using his sickle as Sephira uses her wings to block the blade.

"I... thee wonder... why you always appear in... right time..." Izuku said blankly.

'Tsk' Sephira grunt

"Alhazma - Beam" Izuku said as his moonstone appears blasting her away in many further inches.

"Mikdash - Sanctuary" Sephira said as an orb on her Wing glows creating a sphere barrier around her to block the beam.

"Time thee serious..." Izuku said as he stops attacking...

"What are you up to now?" Sephira ask

"Oh nothing..." Izuku said as took the moonstone and places it to the bottom handle of the sickle.
