As everyone on earth is desperate to capture him either dead or alive or get a simple sample of him, to them he was a unknown species that first time to be discover yet they still failed to capture him.

They kept on sending an Armada, robot armies, drones and especially a lot of people with strong quirk some possibly be a quirk related to space. Yet they still no match on Izuku's capabilities to them it's still a mystery on how he's able to beat them so easily, they evenly want to know why he's doing this and what was he's after for.

Even the 'World Organization' has no match on him even if the the world worked together as one they still have no matched on him, the way he showed his power is unpredictable and what's more surprising the people who was sent in the Armada somehow lost there quirk as well. Without any explanation heroes, villain or a simple soldier they can no longer activate their quirks.

Somewhere in U.A. they also received an a letter in the 'World Organization' to help them in order to capture him, right now they were having a meeting along with some student including some heroes and students in different school as well.

"Greeting fellow heroes and student." Nedzu said

"Greetings Principal Nedzu in U.A." the audience response

"As you all knew the 'World Organization' just sent a letter for us to capture the being called the 'Man in Moon', by he's name he is the first being that ever found in the moon." Nedzu said as everyone is not surprised because they just heard the news a lot in a past few days that become hit and trend.

"Why does the 'World Organization' want him Nedzu?" All Might asked

"Have you all heard the news of the sudden meteor shower that suddenly appear on earth it's not just happen in one place but it turns out, the entire world saw it 42 different locations around the world in retaliation in one attack." Nedzu said and making everyone in the room shocked.

"Here's a video footage on how the 'Man in Moon' almost annihilate him opponents." Nedzu said and a footage on the screen.

They all saw the an adult looking man who was sleeping in a deep slumber in a cherry blossom tree, then suddenly he woke calmly in a blank expression as he faces the earth as the Armada preparing to attack him.

"So this is our rat who cause the meteor shower. Huh." Eraserhead said as he keep watching the footage.

"Indeed the 'World Organization' Confirmed this being he received a lot of codename such as 'Moon God, Alien, Little Prince, The Outside' and lots of more but lots prefer calling him 'The Man in Moon'." Nedzu said

"Hey isn't that a bit overkill..." Endeavor said

"Just keep watching." Nedzu said

As they continues watching the footage on the screen 'The Man in Moon' gained awareness on what he just saw the Armanda begun surrounding him and he unhurriedly lifted his head up. As he is still in a blank expressionless expression, he looked around as if he didn't care about impending danger he then stretched his body and raised his right hand and says.
