Lyric POV:

I sighed in boredom as I watched the other kids below us play, to be honest, I envy them, they get to play and enjoy their lives as kids, and their destiny still hasn't been set.

My brother though is a different case.

This thought has been in my mind for the past few days, and I haven't been able to concentrate on things like reading and my usual stuff.

Ballet and music haven't been a big help either.

I looked down and saw my brother distracted. It seemed I'm, not the only one who envied the kids below.

Though his train of thoughts was interrupted when Kai called for him. "Lloyd? Lloyd! Concentrate!"

Lloyd turned around and looks at Kai.

"Now that the Bounty is in our possession again, we can train you more effectively. But you'll have to focus. One more time." Zane said.

"Oh, but we've been training all day." My brother complained.

"It's all to get you ready to face your father."Cole stated. "Now, in position." He then commanded.

My brother sighs as he comes up to the middle of the deck as the ninja put their hoods on, Lloyd yawns before posing as the ninja did so as well.

Lloyd sighs again. "Whatever."

Kai charges at Lloyd first, but he punches him, knocking him back, and yawns again. Zane and Jay soon come at him from the air.

"Ninja, go!" Lloyd exclaimed doing spinjitzu knocking both Zane and Jay down.

As Lloyd lands, Cole comes up to him from behind and slide-kicks him, knocking him into the air. As he spins, Lloyd lands facedown as the others take off their hoods, in concern while I winced at the impact.

That gotta hurt.

" That was fun. Are we done?" Lloyd asked in a rather odd enthusiastic tone as I looked at him weirdly from above.

"Oh, come on. You're better than this. What's on your mind?" Jay questioned.

This question's easy.

Lloyd gets up and replied. "Well..-" He was about to explain but I decided to explain it for him as I went down next to him.

"The latest issue of Starfarer just came in at Doomsday Comix and it's a limited run, so if Lloyd doesn't go out and get it, it's going to sell out. Last they left off, intergalactic rogue Ftriz Donnagen was surrounded by the Imperial Smudge, and if Lloyd doesn't find out if he gets out alright, he thinks he might have his own doomsday."

The ninja looked at me and then at my brother.

"The fate of Ninjago rests on your shoulders. As the green ninja, you have a giant responsibility to hold. I'm sorry, but you don't have time for such childish things." Kai told Lloyd as he deflated with a frown on his face.

"But we're just kids, aren't we supposed to be childish?" I argued.

"Yeah, other kids get to play and have fun. All I ever do is train." Lloyd argues agreeing with me.

"And all I ever do is mope around doing absolutely nothing. I mean c'mon im, not even a ninja, and you guys won't let me get down to the city to simply have fun!" I complained while frustratingly throwing my hands in the air.

Lloyd goes to the railing and sees the Bounty is almost out of Jamanakai Village, where he hears the children playing in the distance.

I looked at him sadly and went beside him, I held his hand and leaned on his shoulder. This action is a saying that I'm comforting him, it's like our sibling language.
