Book 1: The Other Garmadon

Wrong Place, Wrong Time

(A/n: So this is probably gonna be a short chapter since it's about the past and you know, I don't know what happened when the ninja went to the past and Lloyd and all so whatever happened in this chapter is my own imagination so bear with me. Thank you all.😁)

3rd POV:

Ever since Lyric got older her body became more flexible than it used to be, her agility is remarkable, and her reaction time is great.

Though only Nya has known about this since she and Lyric always train with each other.

Today is Lloyd's training and Nya and Lyric went to the kitchen to get a watermelon for the boys.

When they got back the session begins with everyone attacking Lloyd and him dodging each one, all while his eyes are closed.

But when he dodges Zane's shurikens, they end up hitting the watermelon Nya is carrying in. She and Lyric shoot a glare at Zane, who gasps.

"Since he's grown, he's learning faster, Sensei." Nya complimented.

"But will it be enough to challenge Lord Garmadon? Only time will tell."

Kai draws his sword and although Lloyd blocks it, he activates his power but he doesn't stop the attack and falls.

" Hahaha, you're getting pretty good, but that move you fell for was basic 101." Kai complimented.

"Yeah, if I had focused more when I was little, I would've seen that coming." Lloyd said.

"We cannot change the past, but we can improve for the future. Again, and this time, do not hold back." Wu said.

The Falcon squawks as it returns to the Bounty.

" The Falcon has returned with troubling news. What did you see, my mechanical-feathered friend?" Zane stated.

"The Lost City of Ouroboros!" Nya remarked.

"Garmadon has returned to the Serpentine home base, but why?" Kai questioned.

"Looks like they're preparing for a final battle." Cole stated.

"Nya, change course. We'll head straight for them." Wu ordered.

They suit up and get there at night.

Lyric brought daggers with her since it was the only weapon she could bring for now.

We sneaked and saw Garmadon by a vehicle. "More firepower! When we attack the ninja, they won't see it coming. Our forces will be so strong, Ninjago will be mine!" The serpentine use a blowtorch on his Mega Weapon, making him pull away. "Aargh!"

"Ninja, go!" Wu exclaimed doing Spinjitzu in front of Garmadon.

"Oh, brother!" Garmadon snarled.

"It's time we finished this." Wu proclaimed.

"Ugh!" The ninja appears.

"Bring it on, fools!" Garmadon exclaims as he uses his Mega Weapon, causing a power of earth to shoot towards the ninja when Lyric stopped it with her Spinjitzu.

Lyric was secretly training how to do Spinjitzu with the help of her brother, the guys seeing this for the first time were quite surprised.

Just then Lloyd uses his power to shoot ice toward the Mega Weapon of Garmadon which freezes.

"Aargh! Lloyd? Lyric? Is that you?" Garmadon asked.

"Yeah. Lyric and I grew a little since the last time you saw us, Dad."Lloyd stated.
