Lyric POV:

I looked around to see the people rebuilding the town we are in and I'm feeling helpless right now.

I sighed and went to sit down when something called out for me?

"Lyric~"

The voice was soft like a whisper and saying in singsonged.

"Lyric~"

I whipped my head around and around but I couldn't figure out where the voice came from.

"Lyric~"

Suddenly I felt a hand on my shoulder, startled I jumped and yelped only to see it was my brother.

"Woah, you okay Lyr?" Lloyd asked.

I breathed in and out trying to calm myself. "Gosh bro, I'm starting to regret ever letting you become a ninja if you're gonna keep scaring me like that." I joked.

"What are you talking about?" Lloyd questioned confused. "I've been calling out for you for the past 2 minutes."

I froze and looked at him. "Oh, really?"

"Yes, really. Now c'mon the ninja said they found some lady that could show us a place to live."

"They did?" I said looking at him shocked and in disbelief. "How?"

"Don't tell me, I don't know either. C'mon." Lloyd grabbed my hand and led us to the ninja.

Soooo we arrived at some kind of creepy building with a woman leading us there (I hope not to kill us) to see our apartment.

And when we saw the room, oh boy would I do anything to have the bounty back. The apartment was all broken and not so good in quality, and worse of all it's too small.

How in the First Spinjitzu Master are the ninja able to train my brother in here!?

"This one-bedroom, one-half-bath is a cozy dream. Who needs extras when everything is in arm's reach? Now, wait until you see the lighting." The woman Patty turns on the light, but the bulb flickers, burns out, and falls to the ground.

'Uh, who needs lights when you have this view? Heh." This time she opens the window blinds but the view was only a brick wall, and what did she mean by this view?

Wait a minute-

Why do I smell old people living here?

"Uh, why do I smell old people?" Lloyd questioned.

"You've read my mind." I muttered in agreement though I think miss patty here heard me.

She looks at us with an annoyed expression on her face. "Look, dolls. I'm trying to work around your budget. This is all you can afford." She said with clear annoyance in her tone.

"Uh, this looks...promising." Cole said as I raised my eyebrows at him, though I'm sure he didn't see it.

"Remember, guys, Sensei told us our main objective is to train Lloyd, not kick our feet up in some swanky suite. If this is all we can afford, this is all we can afford." Cole then stated.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, let's not rush into any decision. I mean, if it's really all about Lloyd, don't we need to live in some place that'll make training easier?" Jay suggested.

"Yeah, Jay's right." Kai said in agreement. " If we have to get Lloyd ready to save Ninjago from his father, shouldn't he at least have his own room?"

"Technically, that does not matter, he only-" Zane got cut off by Kai gently punching Zane in the stomach.
