Chapter 34

~Lauren's POV~

The next morning I woke up and groggily walked to the kitchen to grab something to drink. I had not realized that Trevor was gone until I received a text message from him.

T- Goodmornimg beautiful. I am working on something today and will see you later.

I smiled and typed back.

L- Okay❤️

I put my phone away and began to make myself waffles and eggs. After I made those I found some bacon and also made some of that. Today I just must have been in a cooking mood.

After I ate I sat down and watched an replay of a Pretty Little Liars episode. That show is so dumb but amazing at the same time. The door opened suddenly and I saw Kian standing at the door and looked at me with an unsure look.

"What is something wrong?" I asked.

"Uh no."

"Okay." With that I walked upstairs and played on my phone for a little bit.

A little later I heard a knock at my bedroom door and Kian, again, walked in.

"Hey, have you seen this picture of Trevor and Emily?" My heart dropped down past my feet.

"Uh no, what is it?" He passed me his phone and I saw a picture of Emily and Trevor kissing. My eyes began watering and everything got blurry. My whole world seemed to crash down because of one guy. I turned around, walked to my bed and cried silently.

I felt Kian's hand on my back, I looked up as he opened his arms for a hug.

"You're alright. I've got you, don't worry about Trevor you're beautiful. He doesn't deserve someone as amazing as you." He whispered into my ear.

I felt so protected in his arms I didn't want to let go. Tears remained streaming down my face but I felt so comforted.

I heard the front door open from down stairs but paid it no attention until Connor appeared at my door.

"Lauren, what is wrong?" He asked pulling me away from Kian into his chest. I couldn't answer. A few seconds pasted and I felt him nod.

"Don't you worry, I'm going to handle this." Con walked out and slammed the front door. The car ignition starting a few seconds after.

"You want to go get some ice cream?" Kian asked from behind me. I slowly nodded.

I got dressed in some leggings and an over sized Tshirt, threw my hair in a messy bun and left.

We went to a Dairy Queen and Kiki ordered two vanilla dipped cones which is my favorite. I love how well he knows me.

He drove us back home and we decided to watch the notebook. He really knows how to make a girl feel better.

Later I looked over my shoulder to find saw Kian asleep, I smiled to myself. I noticed his arms around me and panicked a little then relaxed and drifted to sleep.
