Chapter 18

We were about 22 reads away from 750 but oh well, I just love you guys too much.

~Lauren's POV~

This kiss was a little awkward because it was in the bathroom but I didn't really care afterwards when my heart was pounding out of my chest. A few girls came in so we decided it would be best to leave.

"Holy Jesus! Is that Trevor Moran!?" One girl yelled all I heard was Trevor say shit and grab and hand to pull me out.

"You guys, get in to car, there are girls chasing me!" He yelled to the boys.

"OH MY GOD! ITS THE REST OF O2L!" The same girl yells catching people's attention and getting a few other fans to chase after us too. Everyone got into the car and we drove off.

"That was close."

"Yep." I did not know who was talking because me and Trevor had been making eye contact for like two minutes already.

"Eww its Levor eye rape!" JC yelled making everyone look at us but we just laughed.

"So, Sonic?" Ricky asked searching for a place else to eat. Everyone agreed.

As we pulled into the parking lot I recognized one of the vehicles but I forgot who's it was. We all ordered and sat down outside and created small talk.

"Lauren?" I whipped my head around to see the last person I had hoped it was, I looked back to Connor and he was already standing up.

"Woah, I'm not looking for trouble. I just saw my beautiful girlfriend and wanted to say hey." Jake said trying to sound chill. When he said girlfriend I looked at Trevor to see he had already clenched his teeth.

"I mean unless this slut already found someone else." He spoke again.

"Slut? You just called her beautiful, get the hell out of here Jake!" Connor yelled at him.

"And yes, just so you know I did find someone much better than your sorry ass." I spoke immediately regretting it. I look back and see all the girls back out from everything but the boys looking ready to fight.

"Okay, who's the prick I'm going to have to fight?" He asked getting in JC's face, thinking I liked him.

"Get out of my fucking face!" JC yelled. Jake then coughed sounding like he smokes 3 packs a day. He continued coughing and everyone just awkwardly stood around until he stopped.

"Come here, bitch." Jake said motioning to me but I stayed back by Connor Ricky and Trevor.

"Don't call her that." Ricky warned.

"I'm guessing you're the guys that's 'better' than me." He said using air quotes. Ricky shrugged his shoulders obviously not intimidated by Jake. Next thing I saw was Jake punching Ricky in the jaw then Connor coming in and the rest was a big blur.

*Flashback*

It was a sunny day and I was walking to see my boyfriend, Jake. His house was a few blocks away so it took about 10-15 minutes. I had been walking for about seven or eight when I saw a truck pull up to me. The driver rolled down the window and it was Jake.

"Get in." I hesitated for a few seconds but got in.

He began kissing me roughly then a sharp taste of alcohol reached my tongue, I wanted to pull away but last time I did that did not turn out pretty, I still have the bruise. Jake then reached for the hem of my shirt but I quickly slapped his hand. In response, he slapped my cheek. Finally, I have had enough I pushed him off of me and tried getting out of the truck but he grabbed my hair. I tried to keep going but I couldn't, by then he had
leaned over and pulled me back into the truck.

"I'm sorry, Baby." I slightly nodded but rolled my eyes making sure he didn't see. A few minutes later he pulled into his driveway and forcefully demanded me to get out. I did as told and slowly walked to his front porch.

Jake came and opened the door leading me to his room. When we arrived he punched my jaw hard enough for it to dislocate. It wasn't really bad but it still hurt. I walked back until I heard cries from his closet, I waited by the closet door for a second because I knew what alcohol did to him.

He collapsed then built up the strength to run to the bathroom to 'blow chunks' (That's Gross) so I took my chance.

I opened the closet door to reveal a younger girl only wearing underwear. She looked at me hopefully and i untapped her mouth and texted Connor which immediately replied that he was on his way. I then got the girl up and gave her the pullover I was wearing to cover up a little. We figured out how to open the window and climbed out, thank god Jakes room was on the first floor.

Connor pulled up as Jake came outside.

"Leslie, get back inside." He spoke to Im guessing is Leslie and she started shaking. I opened the car door and got her inside the car and locked it.

Leslie then explained what happened so we brought her to our house and let her wash up.

*End Flashback*

JC tried getting Jake off of them and eventually succeeded. Again everyone got into the car but this time Kian was driving and we decided to go home. Of course the one day I want to do something he shows up.
