Chapter 22

~Trevor's POV~

Lauren said yes! Oh my god, I'm like freaking out. She gave me and hug and I hugged her back.

It was now around 7:53 so everyone began sitting down everywhere. Lauren had to grab something and when she got back she started to sit on the floor until I said something.

"Don't sit on the floor, I will."

"No you can stay up there." She turned back around. I got up and picked her up bridal style and sat back down on the couch. She smiled at me and turned back to the TV.

"This is why I said I'm okay with you guys dating." Connor said looking at me so I smiled.

About 15 minutes into the movie a naked lady shows on the screen. Lauren and I looked at each other with our 'yikes' faces and laughed.

"Shut up!" Almost everyone yelled at us. We got quiet and continued the movie.

Every once in a while Lauren would get a little scared and wrap her arms around my neck to where her eyes were hidden in my chest. That didn't happen very often, sadly, because Lauren doesn't get scared as easily as most people.

Around thirty minutes later she has fallen asleep so I try to put her in a comfortable position. I laid down and set her in front of me. Lauren's head was on the arm rest and mine was rested on my hand, I then lightly placed my arms around her waist. My heart for real felt like it was going to explode from beating too much. (No dirty pun intended)

The movie had ended so I brought Lauren up to my room and changed into a pair of warm sweatpants because someone keeps changing the thermostat to freeze your ass off. I got Lauren changed and was about to lay down until I heard a soft knock on the door so I got up to open it.

"Hey, I just wanted to say thank you for being so sweet to my sister. No one has ever treated her like that and it makes me happy to see that you actually care about her rather than having sex with her." Connor spoke quietly.

"I would never take advantage of her. Most of the girls I meet start hyperventilating so I can't get to know them completely. Yeah, I was a jerk when I first met her but that was because I was nervous and didn't know what to say. I'm glad she's mine now." I whispered the last part looking back to my bed to see her peacefully sleeping.

"Treat her well, Trev." He said walking away.

"Alright, Con."

With that I went back to my bed, reached up to the fan, turned off the light and got comfortable. When I wrapped my arms around Lauren, see began moving a little. I soon went to sleep.

~Lauren's POV~

The next morning I woke up and looked at Trevor. He looked so peaceful. We had extra time to sleep so I didn't get up. I noticed that his arms were gently wrapped around me and smiled to myself as I drifted back to sleep.
