Present day - Iraq

Archeologists were working on a huge structure, carefully freeing it from dirt and dust. Suddenly, their eyes turned golden. They packed their bags, got in their cars and drove away.

As the dust started clearing, the Eternals appeared, previously having been hidden by Sprite's powers. They walked forward, Phastos enabling them to enter the Domo.

As they walked through the corridors, Druig's and Y/n's hands interlaced, they noticed the pure chaos around the entire ship.

"A foreboding atmosphere fills the air. An eerie stillness chokes our lungs." Kingo said to the camera, rather dramatically. "What are you doing? You know you're creeping us out, you know that, right?" Phastos asked, looking at Kingo from behind.

Suddenly, he stepped on a bag of chips, the bag exploding and scaring the genius Eternal. "Oh! Oh, god! Stay calm, T, please!" the man exclaimed looking at Thena who didn't even move a muscle.

Phastos looked down before noticing the bag of chips and letting out a nervous chuckle. "Chips. It's just chips." he said, smiling as if nothing had happened.

"As you can see, being an Eternal does not preclude you from having human emotions such as cowardice." Kingo spoke, looking directly into the camera.

Once they entered the lab, the chaos around the corridors of the Domo seemed like a piece of cake. All around the lab, books and artifacts took up the whole space.

"What has she done? Is that a sarcophagus in my lab?" Phastos asked, referring to Makkari who was sitting on a throne, reading a book.

"This is Makkari. Or should I say, Miss Havisham? None of us have seen her for centuries, except for Y/n, I assume." Kingo explained.

Makkari, noticing her friends, looked up and smiled at them. "Ready to go home?" she asked in sign language. Once she saw her friends faces, her smile fell, knowing they weren't going home.

A few minutes later, Phastos had already started to work on an idea to stop Tiamut while the others walked around, exploring every inch of the stuff around the lab.

"So, how did you end up scoring this Emerald Tablet?" Druig asked, turning to Makkari. She went to snatch it away but he pulled it out of her reach. "Your wife gave it to me." she signed.

Druig turned to his wife with a raised brow and a smile on his face. "My beautiful, beautiful Y/n. Didn't Ajak tell you stealing was bad?" Druig asked, kissing her as she tried to grab the Tablet.

"I'm sorry, what are we watching? Because this is absolutely disgusting." Phastos said, looking at his friends. "Is this always like that because I hate it." Kingo joined in.

"Phastos, I need to control the mind of a Celestial." Druig reminded, changing the subject. Y/n wasn't really fond of this risky plan, knowing Druig might die in the process.

"Okay, get ready for it." Phastos said, pointing at his hologram. "Bracelets? You made us bracelets?" Kingo asked, frowning at the hologram.

"So, here's a little Celestial One-O-One. Celestials are the most powerful energy generators in the universe. When Arishem made us, he imbued us with infinite cosmic energy to keep our bodies regenerating. The bracelets, in theory, shut down our regeneration process. And once that happens, our bodies accumulate extra cosmic energy." Phastos explained as if the others should know what that was useful for.

"What for?" Y/n asked as Druig slipped his arm around her waist. "Well, if the Deviants can absorb our energy, what if we can absorb each other's energy as well? If I can find a way to connect us all, one of us could become immensely powerful, pulling the accumulated energy from the rest, forming a Uni-Mind." Phastos exclaimed, excitedly.

"Uni meaning one, mind meaning mind." he explained once no one showed any reaction to his idea. "Oh, no, we heard you the first time." Kingo said. "Terrible name." Sprite agreed.

"We'll brainstorm- brainstorm!" Y/n started, exclaiming the last word loudly. "That's a way better name!" Kingo agreed. "No, I invented it, so I'm calling it whatever I want." Phastos spoke.

"So, suppose Druig can, say, put Tiamut to sleep, then what?" Makkari signed, looking at Phastos. "We find humans a new home on another planet." Sersi proposed.

"Are we building a big ship, too? Take a pair of each animal?" Sprite asked, sarcastically. "Well, you know what's never saved the planet? Your sarcasm." Phastos frowned.

"Space colonization could take decades." Sprite defended her comment. "It can happen quickly with our help." Sersi said, looking at Sprite.

"What if we end up accidentally killing Tiamut? We could be responsible for billions of lives not being created across the universe. Boss, am I right?" Kingo asked, turning to Ikaris who remained silent.

"Say something, Ikaris. You don't think we should be doing this." Sprite spoke, softly. Druig shared a quick glance with Y/n, not agreeing with asking specifically for Ikaris' opinion since he wasn't the leader.

"Ajak chose Sersi to lead us. Sersi should decide." Ikaris said, looking at his wife, the others also glancing at the brunette Eternal.

"Forget who Ajak chose. You're the strongest. You should be making this decision. Fine, just keep lying to yourself." Sprite spoke, angrily, before storming off.

Ikaris followed Sprite, Kingo followed Ikaris. "Ikaris!" Kingo called out. "Don't run after him." Phastos groaned. Y/n rolled her eyes at the drama, her husband grinning at her reaction.
