"Chat Noir! What the hell?" Marinette shrieked as her room was illuminated by the bright green light.

She knew he was about to de-transform, so without thinking, she picked up one of her pillows from her bed and shoved it in his face, pushing him down onto his back.

She squinted her eyes, the glowing light blinding her. Then, it was gone.

Her eyes landed on Chat Noir—or whoever he was—as he laid underneath her. He was wearing nothing other than grey sweatpants, and god, he was just a chiseled as Chat Noir.

It really wasn't just the suit.

"Marinette, what the hell!" He yelled, his voice muffled by the pillow over his face.

"What do you mean?" She snapped back. "What the hell are you doing, Chat Noir."

She lifted the pillow from his face, but just a little, to the point she wasn't suffocating him, but couldn't see his face.

"What's wrong with you? You know I can't see you in your civilian form.."

She tossed the pillow elsewhere, but kept her eyes shut and her head turned in the opposite direction.

Chat Noir, the guy she had slept with, was right in front of her, detransformed. One part of her was telling her to just take a quick glance at him, while the other part knew how dangerous it would be if she found out his true identity, especially with her being Ladybug.

"Marinette, just look at me. I know you want to, It'll just be our secret, Ok?" Chat Noir said, his voice calm and reassuring.

It took everything in her to fight off the burning curiosity in her, and to do what she knew was right as Marinette, but also as Ladybug.

"..no...No! Chat, transform back right now."

He sighed as he looked at Marinette with her eyes shut tightly. He didn't realize the multitude of the situation, and what a dangerous position he was doing putting himself in.

He was sitting there, de-transformed, wearing nothing but sweatpants. Now, once the adrenaline began to wear off, he felt embarrassed—and exposed. He didn't have his mask to protect his true self and his true identity.

Chat realized he could never reveal his identity to Marinette—He was too much of a coward—And how embarrassing it would've been if Marinette found out Chat Noir was, this whole time, Adrien Agreste.
He was in the wrong too, for sleeping with Marinette as Adrien, but couldn't face it.

"Fine." He said quietly, but just loud enough for her to hear.

He called out his transformation words, and a bright green light engulfed him, before disappearing once again. Marinette hesitantly opened her eyes, but was relived to see Chat Noir sitting infront of her, his glowing green eyes looking back at her.

"Marinette—I'm so sorry I don't know what I was thinking I—

Before he could finish, Marinette shushed him.

"You don't have anything to be sorry about, Chat. It's my fault—I shouldn't have led you on like that." Marinette said softly. She was rightfully mad at him for what he had just done, but realized she was in the wrong too.
