Ebony saw the note and smiled as she checked yes and the raincheck one because she thought it was cute. When everyone else was distracted with food and idol chatter she sealed it with a kiss and it flew to Violet who caught it and blushed a bit as she saw the tiny side note Ebony wrote just for her. [ I will always be your study buddy, but I like the thought of owing you a special day also I'm indecisive most days, thank goodness we have a dress code here because um I would be a fashion mess right about now. I have a feeling you would be good at accessorizing things, anyway running out of room, see you in study hall l swak(seal with a kiss) Akra]

Ebony winked at Violet and then finished her breakfast. Violet walked up to Ebony, slipped her a note of her own, and went to her first class. On the way Ebony got shoulder checked by another 7th year making her take a step back. " Hey watch where you're going ..." they stopped for a second and replied, " Not everyone listens to you Prefect, Remember what you do has consequences." then continued to walk away. 

This left Ebony confused but instantly on high alert. Someone will probably be coming after me.. or it sounds that way she thought. She couldn't shake the feeling of being watched, pulling up the hood of her robe, she went to her first class. She entered the room for Advanced potions and saw a friendly face who was nonother than Violet. She must have had her schedule changed. She waved and smiled as she patted the seat, and Ebony nodded. She was ahead in all her classes, so Ebony felt she was doing this for fun. 

As she pulled up her seat next to Violet she whispered " how did you get advanced potions so fast, I know you were thinking about it, but doesn't it conflict with your other classes?" She shook her head and whispered back " Not at all, I took the free class time and I had a sneak peek at your schedule as I was in the office, thought I would surprise you. Now we have at least 3 classes together. " she giggled and lightly pecked her cheek. " You have astronomy next right?" Ebony nodded. Ebony responded, " I take it you have astronomy as well?" Violet nodded and as the teacher entered the room she put a finger to her lips in a shushing motion and pointed to the teacher.

Ebony smiled and whispered " look at you making orders" she teased making Violet blush ten times the shade of red. The other students were whispering as they noticed the teacher, she was short, dressed in boys' clothing and a black robe, anyone who saw her in passing would not have known she wasn't a boy. As she began to discuss the lesson for the day everyone quieted down as they recognized the aura was much like snape's back in the day. they wondered if maybe she was a relative, as some of the students' parents had Snape as their potions teacher and would often say that he was strict and hard to impress. They wondered if maybe she was a relative of Snape but they kept it only in a whisper. 

" Keep the chatter down, there will be no talking while preparing the potions, or you will have detention with me after classes are done for the day." The students all went quiet as they went about the duties assigned to them. After the potions were made and evaluated, Violet and Ebony got high marks, and as they cleaned up their places the time to go to the next class arose. Violet was excited about going to astronomy class. They were studying astrological signs and the horoscope of the 12 houses.

As the teacher dismissed the class Ebony told Violet to hold on a second as she needed to speak with a fellow Slytherin. As she talked to the other person Violet continued to pack her bag and as someone walked by they swiped her letter and began to tease her with it. The person who took it and was giving her a hard time suddenly heard a buzzing sound from Violet's necklace and it shot out a bit of lightning, shocking the student as if a taser got them. They dropped the note and rubbed where the electricity hit them. she whispered. " Be careful who you pick on the next one may hold a bigger punch." with that she tapped the student's shoulder picked up the note and stuffed it back into her book bag walking out of the classroom, quickly followed by Ebony.

"what was all that about?, was someone messing with you? all I heard was a zap and ow, and when I looked over they were rubbing their arm." Ebony asked in a whisper. " oh yeah they wouldn't give me my note back and they got zapped." she smiled up at her and tapped her lip and Ebony gave her a kiss. " Oh, ok well I'm glad we know the enchantment is working on it." Ebony smiled as they linked arms as headed up to the tower where astronomy took place.

As they approached the classroom there was a small gathering of students, Ebony and Violet went to check it out, it was a seating arrangement for the students. They were surprised to find that both of them were together at a table, almost like it was fated. They smiled at each other and Ebony winked at Violet. Making her blush and bite her lower lip. After everyone saw the chart they all entered the room where each table was numbered and everyone went to their seats. The teacher was already at her desk reading a book. As they all ventured in the teacher pushed her glasses further up her and smiled. 

" Welcome to your introduction to advanced Astrology and the Occult. Everyone take out your books to advanced witch craft and the occult please and take a packet for this semester's outline." As the teacher was talking Violet took the packet and handed one to Ebony. " this seems interesting already." she whispered and did her happy little wiggle when she gets excited about something.
