As the traitor continued his rant she whispered in parselmouth to her snake. " reach up in a moment and bite this guy right in his arm. "we will show him who is tougher." As she made the silent motion to her snake to come, He launched himself into the air and bit the traitor right above the elbow his body wrapping around the guy's arm. The guy shouted and started thrashing around she took that moment to free herself as her snake held on for dear life and as soon as Ebony saw his wand at the ready she wasn't sure which spell he would use so she drew her wand. Still, the headmaster was quicker to use the distraction and yelled expelliarmus, causing the traitor's wand to fly behind him somewhere. The moment the wand was no longer in his hand she moved to the side of the Headmaster.

Her snake let go and slithered next to Ebony as she picked it up it wrapped around her with its head just at her shoulders. Just as she went to turn to the exit she heard steps of people coming in the entrance and saw Violet with the rest of Ebony's house wands at the ready, she smiled at Ebony and ran up to her her wand pointed to the teacher, she handed her the note she got from Ebony it had a secret message that is now revealed telling Violet to get help if she didn't hear from her within 20 minutes. This was how she communicated with her in class, by using revelio  exposing the hidden message on the parchment. 

" I'm glad I made it in time." she took a deep breath and embraced Ebony which caused her house to cheer and made Ebony and Violet blush. The head of Slytherin house apprehended the renegade teacher and shooed everyone out of the chamber and back into the castle. After the incident she was happy to return to the great hall for dinner she was running on empty after all the adrenaline left her body. She kissed Violet before she went to her house's table and as they all ate the Slytherin table was quiet and as the headmaster distributed points they held their breath as they were expecting to come in last, due to all the things that had happened through out the year, but with some extra courage from their head girl Ebony they came in 1st which meant they won the house cup.

The wonderous sound of her house cheering and the decorations adorned the great hall and she smiled , even after feeling drained from the altercation that took place not even an hour prior, luckily  her snake was given to the grounds keeper to ship back to her family's house, and he was late to the feast but he gave Ebony a thumbs up indicating everything went alright. Sighing with relief , she didn't even know she was holding in her smile appeared across her face as she began to fill her plate and kept getting pats on the back from her house mates. She had saved the day and it was by far the most tremendous feeling she could feel at the moment next to the big O.

As they were on their way to the train with all of their things packed and ready to head home, she said bye to her fellow Slytherin buddies and settled in one of the cabins. To her surprise Violet joined her cabin and sat on her lap draping her arms around Ebony's neck and kissed her. " so how should we go about this? should we do visitations over the summer? Or should I just follow you home and worry about getting my stuff later? we're 18 now and can legally do what we want , didn't you say you were getting something special from your family?" Ebony nodded and kissed Violet then smiled. " I want to take you home with me, but they are very old school and proper elite higher class, holding to the old ways of Slytherin house hold, so don't be surprised if they act like they are above it all, that's just the way they were brought up. I am somewhat of a black sheep but as long as I keep my distance they don't bother me to much , which is why they are giving me the town house that's like 2 days ride from the family estate."

" If you wish to get your stuff first I can go with you" Ebony smiles and bites her lower lip as she looks at violets lips wanting to kiss them again but decided to stay focused as this will indicate on her life, it was often practice with her family to start to find their career after graduating, she was going to host parties and get togethers at the town house for a price like she did at Hogwarts, but on a much bigger venue as she wouldn't need to worry about getting caught , as long as the bills were paid on time and kept her name out of the paper unless it directly stated by someone of her family that there was something they thought was news worthy they  wouldn't care what she does with her time.

Violet's eyes lit up and she blushed as she laced her hands with Ebony's. " I think my family would love you, they don't really care for stereotyping or judging someone because of what house they got sorted into, so just be you and I'm sure they will love you; you sure you don't want to go to your house first?"  Ebony waved her hand in a dismissive gesture and replied " Nah, I can always have my stuff sent from my parents house to the town house , that is what they are giving me for graduating and keeping the name of our house in state of elevation and poise so I don't mind going to your family's place first." After she stated that a  few other people joined in the cabin and they talked and laughed having a marry time while the train took them to Platform 9 3/4.
