Jin was preparing himself for his outing with Taehyung, while Hoseok kept him company in his room. "I hope your meeting with Taehyung goes smoothly, and my baby will have another uncle," Hoseok expressed, referring to the pregnancy news he had shared with Jin a few days ago.

Jin embraced Hoseok tightly, expressing his genuine happiness for him. "I'm really thrilled for you, Hobi," Jin said affectionately, looking at his friend.

Realizing that he was running late to meet Taehyung, Jin hurriedly announced, "Alright, I need to leave now. My location is on, just in case you need to pick me up from there." With that, Jin rushed out of their apartment.

Taehyung was feeling a mixture of emotions as he eagerly looks forward to seeing Jin, yet also feels a twinge of anxiety. The fact that Jin took a day off solely to meet him suggests a significant improvement on Jin's part, prompting Taehyung to arrive fifteen minutes ahead of schedule. He knows there's no point in masking his happiness it'll come through.

"Taehyung? Such a pleasant surprise to find you here," Jungkook says as he warmly hugs Taehyung, " When did you come back," he hugs his friend.

Meanwhile, Jin watches from outside the café, observing Taehyung being hugged by another man. Witnessing this scene, Jin wrestles with the possibility that Taehyung may have moved on – a thought he had not previously entertained, were they not supposed to wait for each other. Seeing the unfamiliar man embrace Taehyung so affectionately leads Jin to question whether it is wise for him to come back in Taehyung's life again.

" Just yesterday, i was going to reach out to you. I've missed you terribly," Jungkook exclaims as he playfully pinches Taehyung's cheeks and plants a kiss on them.

As Jin averts his gaze, no longer able to witness the affectionate exchange, he contemplates the idea of canceling their meeting altogether. With ten minutes remaining until their supposed 'appointment,' Jin considers calling Hoseok's for advice about what he should do next.

On call, Hoseok questioned with concern, "Is everything alright?"Jin's voice trembled as he replied, "No, I don't think so. Taehyung has moved on. He's inside the cafe with another guy, hugging and pecking him. It hurts to see that. Should I go meet him after witnessing that?"

"Well," Hoseok began, "if you feel ready, you could go and talk to him. But if you're not prepared, it might be better to communicate your feelings to him instead. I can't guarantee that he would understand, but at least you won't embarrass yourself in front of him. Besides, they might be cousins or somehow related. It's best to ask before assuming that he's Taehyung's new partner."

"You're right," Jin sobbed, "I feel like I should see him, but I need to calm down first."

Hoseok suggested, "Is there a pharmacy nearby?"Jin responded, glancing around, "Yes."

"In that case, why don't you get some calming pills and then meet him? If you need any assistance, just give me a call. If you prefer, I can even pick you up," Hoseok offered.

"No, please don't drive. It's not safe," Jin shook his head, declining the offer. "Yoongi is back, so I'll come with him."

"That's fine. Please pick me up in about 30 minutes then. You have my location, and I don't think we'll have much to talk about," Jin said.

"Alright, good luck," Hoseok said before ending the call.

Jin makes his way to the pharmacy located across the street. After taking the pill, he exits the pharmacy. He simply needs to head over there; Taehyung is likely waiting for him.

Jin walks towards the coffee shop, but unfortunately, he sees a speeding car approaching. Unaware of his surroundings, Jin chuckles and resigns himself to his fate.

He believes that this is the consequence of his actions, as all his efforts seem to have been futile. Thinking that Taehyung will be upset with him for leaving him behind, Jin imagines that he may never see him again. He closes his eyes, and darkness envelops him.

"Where is Jin, Hobi?" Yoongi inquires upon their arrival at the cafe, as Jin had instructed them to meet him there.

"I'm not sure, but it seems like he is in a nearby hospital, and it's not the one he works at," Hoseok replies, checking his phone for Jin's location.

"Do you think he went there to meet someone?" Yoongi asks with concern. "He asked me to pick him up, so it's unlikely that he went there to meet someone out of the blue. We should go and check on him, just to be safe," Hoseok suggests.

"Alright, I'll drive us there. Try calling him again," Yoongi says, starting the car. "Nobody is answering, babe. I've tried multiple times."

"Give it another shot," Yoongi tells Hoseok as they begin heading towards the hospital.

"Oh, he answered the call," Hoseok exclaims. "Where are you? We've been waiting for you."

"The person you're trying to reach is currently admitted in the national hospital. He didn't have anyone on speed dial, and his phone was locked. Thank you for calling. Please come quickly," the nurse informs Hoseok, leaving him in a state of shock.

"Why is he admitted there?" Hoseok musters up his courage to ask.

"I'm truly sorry to inform you, but he was involved in a car accident," the call abruptly ends, and Hoseok begins to breathe heavily.

"What's wrong?" Yoongi tries to stop the car, but Hoseok insists, "No, don't stop the car. Drive faster! Jin has been in an accident."

"Try to calm down. We'll be there in no time," Yoongi reassures his lover, gently rubbing his back.

Upon arriving at the hospital, Hoseok was informed that there were multiple victims involved in the accident. Jin had suffered minor injuries, while two other individuals were also affected. One of them was inside the car, and the other was the person who saved Seokjin, Taehyung.

The doctor delivered the grim news that Taehyung's chances of survival were extremely low. Jin was given painkillers for his wounds, but it was clear that if it hadn't been for Taehyung's jumping into Save Jin, the situation would have been much worse.

Meanwhile, Yoongi anxiously waited outside the operating theater, his eyes fixed on the clock. Suddenly, Taehyung's phone began to ring, and Yoongi instinctively picked up the call.

"Taehyung, Jimin wants you to stop by fo -" he started to say but was interrupted by Yoongi's questioning voice.

"Who are you?" Yoongi asked, his curiosity piqued.

"I'm Kim Namjoon," came the reply.

"Namjoon, who?" Yoongi inquired further, wanting to confirm the caller's identity.

"Cut this shit. Where's Taehyung? Give him his phone," Namjoon demanded, growing impatient. After a brief pause, he delivered the shocking news, "He's in the operation theater. He got into an accident."

Namjoon's voice trembled from the other end as he asked, "At what hospital?"

"I will send you the location. I assume you're close to him. I'm Yoongi, and you must know Seokjin if you're close to him. I'm his roommate," Yoongi explained, providing the necessary information.

Later, Jimin approached Namjoon, concerned by his distressed state. "What's wrong, Namjoon? Why were you screaming on the phone?" he asked, worry etched on his face.

"Taehyung got into an accident. Let's go. I will drive us there," Namjoon replied, his voice filled with urgency. Jimin felt his emotions welling up, but he managed to compose himself and asked, "But first, tell me, is he okay? What happened?"

"I don't know right now. Please, let's just go there," Namjoon responded, his concern evident.

Realizing that he wouldn't be able to get any more information, Jimin reluctantly agreed, and they both hurriedly made their way to the hospital.

A/N: I wrote this story almost three years ago. The plot isn't very up to date, so don't mind it. I didn't want to change it. :)
